These spectacular apartments are within walking distance to the beach. We can say that Kouzalis 3-24 and 2-25 apartments are ideal for adult or couples since you can also enjoy all the facilities of Kouzalis Hotel : Tennis, Gym, Sauna, Jacussi, Swimming pool, as well as their hotel entertainment and activities ( no children) beach is right there; for families with children we recommend Zenia a two bedroom apartment in another area 3 min by car where you will walk 300 meters to the nicest familly beach cove of the island. All are Ideally located in a prime area where other beautiful coves and beaches with water sports facilities are within minutes walk from the apts. Bus stop to Protaras, Ayia Napa and Paralimni Nearest supermarket across the street. Bar 1 min. walk. Nearest restaurant - on site and 2 min. walk. Red snapper and kalamari are just a few of many fresh seafood ’s fished daily. Protaras and Paralimni are 5 min. away by car, Ayia Napa 10 minute

This apartment is exclusively for couples without pets. This is a one bedroom apartment light and airy with a large balcony from which you can enjoy views of the sea and also dining al fresco on a patio table with 6 chairs. The fully equipped kitchen includes oven/ hub, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, iron and ironing board. The lounge/ dining room has 1 armchair and 2 comfortable sofa beds, the eat-in kitchen has 4 high chairs. Entertainment comprises of 20 inch TV, satellite channels, a DVD/MP3 and portable radio/tape/CD player, and free wireless broadband Internet access (slow laptop provided). Large bedroom with a double bed. AC/ Heating units in both rooms of apartment included (within reasonable use). There is ample parking. We can also provide bicycles for 1 euro per day. Included in the price is the use of all the Kouzalis hotel facilities (swimming pool, Sunbeds, Jacuzzi, Fitness room, Sauna, Tennis).

This beautiful apartment (Kouzalis 3-24) can enjoy Kouzalis hotel facilities (Zenia apartments are 5 min away by car.(we can send you our website address to see more pictures). Kouzalis is situated just on the sea shore and Zenia 375 yards of the most beautiful small cove of the island with sunbeds and umbrellas in the much sought-after area of Kapparis - Ayia Triada - Pernera, between Protaras and Paralimni. A selection of restaurants and a supermarket can be found nearby. Bus stop at 30 Mt. for Kouzalis and 900 Mt. for Zenia covering all towns, Protaras is the main tourist area and extends along this spectacular coastline, taking in the famous Fig Tree Bay and numerous other beaches all with fine golden sand and crystal clear waters. Nearby is the town of Paralimni which hosts two large comprehensive supermarkets, a combination of traditional tavernas and cafes. Nightlife is well catered for in both Protaras and Ayia Napa.
