Puerto Santiago plays hosts to many excellent restaurants and cafes, and a large range of shops. It also hosts an annual week-long fiesta with outdoor mass, fun fair, live salsa and mambo bands and a spectacular firework display. There is a wide variety of bars to choose from and many have night-time entertainment including singers, comedians and flamenco dancers - all within short walking distance. The Blue Flag beach of Playa de la Arena is a 10 minute walk or there is a small beach just 5 minutes walk. There is an easily accessible coastal walkway into the beautiful harbour town of Los Gigantes (10 minutes), which also boasts many restaurants, bars and designer shops. Mounte Teide is just 40 minutes away, and you will find many organised excursions to choose from, which will also include trips to the village of Masca (great for walkers!) and boat trips including whale and dolphin spotting excursions. Many local markets are within easy reach as are other local fiestas.

Notes to the rental rates

  • Secure, under ground parking can also be arranged. A refundable security deposit of £25 per person is required. 20% deposit of total price is payable on booking. The balance is due 8 weeks prior to arrival. If arrival is sooner than 8 weeks 100% of price payable is due on booking. Alteration in confirmed bookings may incur a charge. Apartments are normally available from 2:00 pm on the day of arrival and should be vacated by 10:00 am on the day of departure unless prior arrangements have been made with us. Payment is accepted by cheque only.
  • In the event of cancellation the following charges will apply:
    56+ days = Deposit
    30-55 days = 50%
    15-19 days = 75%
    0-14 days = 100%
  • Discounts available:
    Book 2 consecutive weeks = 5% discount
    Book 3 consecutive weeks = 7% discount
    Book 4 consecutive weeks = 10% discount
    Repeat bookings = 12% discount
    (Only one discount applicable per booking)
