The kitchen with cooker, toaster, microwave, kettle, fridge-freezer and washing machine. It also has a Radio/CD player, Cable TV, DVD player, WiFi internet connection and safe.

The apartment is located in the residential barrio of Palermo, where the green open spaces of Buenos Aires are located, is between Recoleta and Belgrano. There are plenty of public parks such as the Jardin Botánico, Jardin Zoológico, Rosedal (rose garden), Japanese Gardens as well as sports clubs for tennis and swimming. Palermo is also home to the Campo de Polo (polo grounds) and the Hipódromo Argentino (racetrack). Other attractions in Palermo include the Planetarium, the National Museum of Decorative Arts, the Museum of Oriental Art, Museo de Artes Plásticas, Museo Nacional del Hombre and the Museo de Motivos Argentinos and the Evita Peron museum. For nightlife, the apartment is a just few blocks from the centre of 'Palermo Hollywood', and within walking distance of 'Las Canitas' and 'Palermo Soho' and hundreds of excellent bars, restaurants and nightclubs.
