I made a point of asking if there was any traffic noise at this house and was told no but the pool and terrace face the Rio Verde Road so you could hear traffic as indeed you could in the master bedroom. The pool itself is carefully photographed so is a bit on the small side and would certainly be if the house was full of people. You will see the sofa area too...we gave up trying to be comfortable on this seating...it may look the part but isn't for people to use. Otherwise the house was as described but we did report lots of lights not working and never had this attended too. Calling it Crown Estates is also a bit confusing as the development had another name and directions were off Alma School Road end which it was not.
Owner's Response: Unfortunately, the facts of the gentlemen making these comments, (he is not identified as anyone with whom we have dealt) are not factual at all, as follows:
1. No one has ever asked me about the noise from the road, and there is no noise from the road at all from this quiet 1-acre property since it sits not on the main road where there are sporadic cars only, but in the development.
2. The development is called Crown Estates and we have to be factual in our advertisement; there is another sign called Pinnacle Foothills referring to the multi-million dollar homes located in the same area. There is nothing at all wrong with our directions since the place is very easy to get to.
3. The huge majority of our guests are couples from overseas and they have put beautiful comments on the partnered U.S. website about the house and the pool, which is certainly not small at all.
4. The pool and patio do not face Rio Verde; they face an interior development street called 113th.
5. The sofa is extremely expensive and very comfortable, whether you are watching TV, reading, or just relaxing. It is contemporary as indicated by the photos, and is not a slouch couch for kicking your feet up.
If this gentlemen did in fact stay at our place, we are sorry that he did not have a wonderful time in the home as all of our other guests have done and we received no indication from anyone of any displeasure with the home,
