Fantastic Rooftop BBQ area with water feature, where you can sit back and enjoy the sunset over the Indian Ocean. 3 double bedrooms 2 are en-suite, (bed linen and towels are provided) with sliding mirror door wardrobes. The kitchen has everything you need, hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge freezer. Laundry has washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron. Lounge has a 2 seater and a 3 seater, Sony TV and a DVD player, open the sliding doors and walk out onto your Balcony. There is a 2 car secure parking area, with remote sliding gate access.

Stroll to shops, train station, cafe, pubs, cinema, restaurants, library(for internet access), lake and Neil Hawkins park where you can feed the galahs, parrots, and kangaroos from the palm of your hand. 5 minute drive to the Indian Ocean where you can sun yourself on some of Perths pristine beaches. 10 minute drive to Hillarys Boat Harbour, where you can enjoy the shops, cafes, restaurants, pub, or the family beach, which is safe for the kids, or catch the ferry to rottnest Island, for a fantastic snorkelling experience, and enjoy the wildlife with the unique quokkas.
