6 FullMoon is a spacious, affordable, 'budget' self catering two story townhouse in a small complex, in a quiet residential cul de sac in the heart of Port Douglas. This lovely colonial house is fully equipped with air conditioning and ceiling fans and entertainment appliances, including LCD PLASMA TV, DVDs, VCR, COMPUTER with Broadband access, PRINTER and CD players. There is a fully equipped utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and dishwasher in the kitchen. BBQ facilities as well as three bikes with helmets are located in the garage for our guests to use at their leisure. 6FullMoon is ideal for families or groups of friends, as we can accommodate up to 8 adults and with only a 2 minute walk across the road, through a private beach path to beautiful four mile beach, and 10 min walk to all the world class restaurants, bars and colourful shops in Macrossan Street and, the Marina!

Our lovely house is literally 2 mins walk across the road through private beach path to beautiful Four mile beach and 10 mins walk to all the world class restaurants, bars and shops in Macrossan Street and Marina. Port Douglas is famous for its stunning four mile beach, with uninterrupted views of the coral sea and the rain forests. It is also well known for some of the best restaurants and cuisine in Australia. Port Douglas is also the closest point to the Northern Great Barrier reef and only 20min from Daintree River, The World Heritage Daintree Rainsforest and Cape tribulation. In a matter of minutes you could be sailing on a lovely boat into the coral sea, for some reef fishing, diving, snorkelling or, even lazing on one of the nearby islands!

Deck chairs on the balconies are perfect for those evenings, enjoying a lovely glass of wine or cool beer! 6FullMoon now has broadband internet access with computer and printer as well as new LCD plasma Screen and upgraded Cable TV - AUSTAR!

This is the first time I had been to this area and I would definitely like to return. It was an absolute pleasure to stay in a house where it didn't feel as if corners had been cut. Having nice crockery ,glasses , cushions etc makes such a difference to the feel of the place and one of my children spent almost the entire week curled up in the hammock reading. In fact if you hear of any of your neighbours selling (or think of selling your own house) please let me know, we saw no. 3 was for sale but is now under contract. we kind of fell in love with the place and are thinking about buying up there. Any advice you have on that would be welcome too. We also found the house well stocked with crockery, glad wrap etc, only suggestion would be a coffee plunger. Thanks again for your help Peter

Hello Keesha,

Just a quick note to say "thanks" for a very enjoyable stay at your
house in Port Douglas. Everything was perfect - including the
weather. We had 2 trips to Agincourt and Opal reefs, as well as
great experiences at Cape Trib, Bloomfield track, plus Cairns and
inland to Mareeba. A really fun 10 ndays for all.

Thanks again, we hope to do it again some day.
