The residence is nestled among trees with magnificent teak decks affording spacious outdoor living and entertainment space. The property is right on the water in a quiet, sunny inlet of the harbour. The villa is furnished and equipped to an exceptionally high standard with light-filled interior of the very best quality, using only wood, glass and stone. The spacious living area is made up of 4 bedrooms, a large open plan kitchen, dining area and separate living room.

It is one of the very few properties with a stone pier and jetty where you can sit and enjoy your dinner, while watching the sunset. The house is a heaven of tranquility and has been featured in several books about the area.

The house is to die for. Ideal location not far from Manly, with easy access to Sydney by Ferry.
The internet pictures don't really do it justice. It is spacious, clean and has wonderful views over the harbour.
It is reached by an inclinator, which is a carriage which runs on a track down the side of the houses. We arrived at night and found this a bit un-nerving at first because we couldn't see where it was going, but we soon got used to it and found it good fun.
We hired a car, but the taxis are cheap enough so you could get by without one if you wanted.
I would love to return to this house and would thoroughly recommend it

The property is lovely with great views of boats bobbing about on the bay, luxurious bathrooms and a fab kitchen.
All very modern and clean but definitely not suitable for the elderly or infirm (we had two with us) as there are lots of internal stairs and different levels. It's also to be avoided if you are at all worried about spiders as they were everywhere outside (fortunately none in the house itself but it did mean we were reluctant to have the doors and windows open).
The travelator from the carpark is quirky and fun initially but it is slow and not very convenient for transporting luggage or groceries as several trips up and down are required. That said, we had an enjoyable, peaceful week
and the kids loved the pool. You definitely need a car too as it's too far to walk to the local shops. Only 20 minutes from central Sydney and 10 minutes to Manly Beach so well located and a very large and Waringah Mall, an interesting shopping mall/cinema complex is only 10 minutes away.
