This large villa on the edge of the lakes course has 4 well appointed bedrooms (2 en-suite). All with built-in robes. Sunken lounge to the front and meals area along with another lounge to the rear. The good sized kitchen is fully equipped and overlooks the patio and pool. A large garden that backs onto the Joondalup Golf course 'The Premier course of WA'. You can watch the golfers while you sip your local wine or just take a dip in the pool. Kangaroos graze on the slopes. The Joondalup Resort will make you welcome to take lessons or dine at their poolside restaurant, they even have a local Pub 'The Kangaroo Arms’ where many ex-pats meet to watch the soccer live from the UK. Secure home with alarm system and fully enclosed garden. We take Master/Visa Cards.

Joondalup is a trendy new city, just 20 minutes from the city of Perth. There are plenty of shops, cafes, pubs and night clubs. Just 5 minutes from the nearest beaches that are an unspoilt heaven for those who want to get away from the crowds. A coastal drive will take you to the famous Hillarys Harbour with kiddie safe bathing, water slides and mini golf. Further along the coast is the Old Port of Fremantle with it's European cafe strip and shipping museum. Just a 30 minute drive inland takes you to the local wineries or you can cruise on the Swan River and take lunch at Houghtons Winery while tasting a couple of the famous West Australian Wines. With the golf course on your doorstep you can do all this then come back and relax by your own pool.
