The Schmiedhof apartment house is situated in a marvellous spot in the center of Seefeld surrounded from green Parks and Villas. From here you have a unique view to the surrounding mountain scenery. We are a founding member of the Seefeld-Wildmoos golf club (up to 30% discount on green fees) and of the Seefeld Golf Academy - near by !!!!(up to 50% discount on green fees). The church and shops are only 500 yards away, We offer apartments ranging from 35 to 95m² in size, comprising one to three rooms and sleeping 2-7 persons. All apartments are nicely and comfortably furnished and have balcony or terrace, dish washer, TV, radio, and phone and ADSL-Internet on Room. Sheets and towels provided. The communal pool of Seefeld and the lakebeach is only 600 yards away. Please ask fo our web address.

  • There is a final cleaning fee € 40.- once, and a tourist tax of € 1,20 per Adult a Day,
    we take a deposit of € 200.- to confirm the booking
  • The daily rate is calculated for 2persons, any further person is an extra € 10,- per day, children up to the age of 15 cost are free.
    check-in is from 3 pm on, check-out is latest 10 am. When you arrive later than 21:00 we ask you to inform us by telephone or e-mail. For small dogs we charge € 5,- per day, for bigger dog please ask, with dog the final cleaning will rise up to Euro 10,-- more, In case that only 1 person occupy a 2 room apartment, we will make a special rate (apart from high season) paying methods: cash in Euro . When you use the credit-cards Visa card or MasterCard we charge an additional price of 3% of the total amount.

The Schmiedhof has become our holiday home

My wife and I have stayed in the Schmiedhof for a number of years and will soon be making our twentieth holiday stay there. We have found the Hiltpolt family to be extremely accommodating and friendly. The apartments are well equipped, and extremely clean and well kept. Hopefully, we will be staying there for a number of years to come.

A lovely property in a fantastic location. Superb views from balcony - nice to have space for sun loungers.
Apartment facilities excellent, very clean and safe - wonderful shower !!
Very friendly people. Wholeheartedly recommend this property to anyone.
The whole experience was relaxing and truly enjoyable.
Will definitely return to Seefeld and this property.
Only slight downside was a little noise from family with small children in apartment above.
