I rented this apartment strictly upon the information that was provided on the website. I had not used this site in the past nor was it recommended to me. However, the site was precise, the amenities offered and the photos were accurate and the email contact person always answered my questions promptly. The apartment is a 10 minute tram ride from the hustle and bustle of downtown Vienna. It is located in a quiet, residential neighborhood. Within two blocks of the apartment is an underground tram station with connections to all destinations in Vienna, a sizeable grocery store, bank, apothecary and several restaurants. The on-site manager was very courteous and welcomed us with coffee and a tour of the apartment. During our three week stay, we used public transportation; always starting our trips at the tram station near the apartment. We used the eight day travel pass, one pass per day (24 hours) for all transportation (tram, bus, subway) to travel to all parts of Vienna. The roof top patio provided a relaxing atmosphere after an activity filled day in a vibrant city.
