  flat, all expenses included. Longer rentals are also welcome,
  and according to the number of people occupying the flat and

• The rental rate for the Christmas - New Year week is 850,00 euros all expenses included, no extra charges. Bed and bathroom linen is supplied and there is assistance on the premises. The house is very quiet and safe. A washing machine and dryer are to be found in the cellar for guests to use free of cost. An internet point is in front of the house, across the road as is a restaurant. Supermarkets and shops, bars, in the immediate vicinity. Public transport excellent and within 200 metes from the house.

The house is only ten minutes away by public transport to the famous thermal baths establishment 'OBERLAA', situated in a beautiful garden, inside and outside pools with thermal water, hydromassage system at 36C. Just 15km from the house, near to the village Moedling, the 'SEEGROTTE', Europe's biggest underground lake. 250.000 visitors yearly admire this natural wonder open all year round. The newly opened MQ museum, just across the road from the art museum is and the House of Music definitely merit a visit. Obviously Vienna offers theatres, opera, operettas, musicals, concerts, every single evening with a different program. The 'Raimund theatre' is only 300 meters approximately from the house.
