Newly refurbished for 2007. Why settle for a cramped self catering ski apartment when you can stay in your own house? Over 120 m² of relaxing living with all the comforts of home and more. Every bedroom has its own private balcony. The terraces from the living room and kitchen reach out to the garden areas. Inside you will find a well equipped kitchen - dining area for 8 people and a large living room with great entertainment features and free hi speed internet access. There is a 3-4 person sauna and a games room. The pull down bed is in a 'snug' off the living area and can be left up or quickly folded away if required. The house is set in typically Austrian, tranquil surroundings and the stunning views over the open fields at the rear of the home across to the village, ski area and mountains will guarantee privacy and leave you feeling relaxed during your stay in Kaprun. There are 3 ski areas to choose from including the year round Kitzsteinhorn Glacier at Kaprun. Together with Zell am See, Kaprun makes up the Europa Sports Region. Kaprun is perfect for winter and summer holidays with over 40 sports and activities available. The house is 50 m away from the winter ski bus, 700 m away from the village centre including shops, supermarkets and restaurants and 600 m from the village swimming pool/leisure centre.
