• Our prices depend of the number of Persons, except for Christmas week & New Year week, which is a fixed price. The price given above is based on 4 persons.

  Prices for 2 people - 4 people - 6 people - 7 people (and eight person at extra).
  2 persons - Weekend 245euro - midweek 245 euro and Week 420 euro.
  4 persons - Weekend 295euro - midweek 295 euro and Week 500 euro.
  6 persons - Weekend 400euro - midweek 400 euro and Week 600 euro.
  7 - 8 persons -Weekend 450euro - midweek 450 euro and Week 700 euro.
  
• Weekend = 3 nights / Midweek = 4 nights / Week = 7 nights.
  
• How - understand - our prices?
  The house is always rented by one family or group.
  The difference of the price is the number of sleeping rooms which are disposal. We explain: for the price of two persons, you have at your disposal the house with the dining room, kitchen, bathroom and one sleeping room. For the price of 4 persons you have at your disposal the house with the dining room, kitchen, bathroom and two sleeping room etc.
  This is logical (obvious) why would 6 persons have to pay more than 2 persons if they get nothing more.
  Accordingly for the price of two persons, you have at your disposal one sleeping room but use of the other sleeping room(s) is possible at the supplement (extra).
  The Christmas week and the week of new year is an exception.
  The house is rented in these weeks with all the rooms available for 700 independent of the number of guests because of the many demands.
