Ipanema and Leblon to the North and Barra da Tiujuca to the South of the building. Barra da Tijuca is where night life happens in Rio de Janeiro. Get there in 5 to 10 minutes max. from the building. Bus stop in front of the building. The most beautiful place in Rio is Sao Conrado. Beautiful beach, Beautiful Forest on the side . Walking distance to everywhere in the neighborhood, place of the Shopping Charm Fashion Mall the only first class shopping in town. See a Sunday mass in a little chapel as old as my grand mother. Jump in a hangliding flight using a double flight . AND SAFE ! That is only in Sao Conrado, a place to be!!!

  • If you rent a Minimum of 15 nights, prices are cheaper. CARNIVAL has SPECIAL pricing, minimum 5 nights . CARNIVAL 2010 is already booked. CARNIVAL 2011 is still available. Maximum 4 people always. Damages will be charged accordingly. THIS IS A FAMILY BUILDING. Couples and ladies all ages are welcome. It is not an all men apartment for fun, sorry. Building is STRICTLY RESIDENTIAL HIGH CLASS. HIGHLY CONTROLLED BY SUPERINTENDENT.
  • Booking requires 20% down payment, non refundable, balance to be paid IN FULL 30 days before arrival in Rio. If paid all when booking, It has a 5% discount over the Total.
    All reservations must be cleared (paid in full), at least 30 days before the first day of stay. One time 40 Euros fee for one time cleaning is charged together with your payment.
  • The more you stay the cheaper it will become! SAFETY IS A MUST IN RIO DE JANEIRO. Don't be fool renting an apartment nearby a crowd where you have no safety in going in and out.
    This is a high class apartment and very safe, security 24 hours and surveillance cameras working 24 hours. The apartment has almost everything inside even computer and hotspot for laptop internet connection, 2 flat screen LCD HD 1080p one 46' full view another one 32' in the bedroom, 3 baths, den (office) Living, dining rooms. 1st class apartment BETTER than a 5 star hotel. If you don't want to use our computer the apt is wireless hot spot. THIS IS A RESIDENTIAL BUILDING. Bedding clothes and towels are cleaner and sanitized never used for bachelor party, so, safer, LADIES AND COUPLES ARE WELCOME. IT IS NOT A SINGLE MAN APARTMENT SUITABLE FOR PARTIES. No exceptions, sorry.

Also don't spend your time in Rio waiting for your friends to go in line to a one bathroom. This apartment has 3 bathrooms and you can enjoy them in no waiting time, any time !!! Very modern and High class decoration in every room. Built to be owner residence. Feel the forest inside your living room. Go outside and in walking distance, 100 meters away you have the Cozy and the safest Beach of S. Conrado. The building besides it is one block from the beach, it faces a small forest when you see through the Living room and Master bedroom windows. This little forest is just across the street. It is a preserved one by the Government. Little monkeys jump sometimes carrying the babies from three to three and can be viewed from the building. This gives you a unique feature, the forest view making your days and nights more pleasant and not so warm. Very important in Rio de Janeiro.

The apartment : It is richly furnished with Italian design furniture, totally renovated this year, with all utilities you need to stay as a tourist or business man and has a very 'cosy' environment. Perfect for a honey-moon. The double bedroom (Master suite) has plenty of closets, and a complete computer station with HIGH SPEED Internet connection and a wireless router ready. The Twin Bedroom has a 4 door closet. Two Flat HDTV with Cable and international news, like BBC and CNN international in the living room and Bedroom. DVD Player is also available. Sound System. If something happens and one device becomes unavailable for any sudden unexpected reason, it will not be given any discount on the rates due to that fact but we will try to fix it. Home theater with some Brazilian musician shows on DVD for your entertainment.

Business and pleasure: The apartment has no regular phone line. However you can make FREE PHONE CALLS TO CANADA AND THE US using a Magick Jack provided phone.The building is in the center of the land which makes it safer. The beach is located one block from the apartment. The supermarket and shopping mall, restaurants, stores are two blocks from the apartment, some inside the Charming S. Conrado Fashion Mall the most sophisticated one in Rio de Janeiro, also called Charming Shopping. The apartment is between Leblon Beach and Barra da Tijuca Beach Around 2.5 miles from Leblon beach, 2.5 miles from Ipanema beach and 6 miles from Copacabana beach. São Conrado is in the middle of everything specially for the Rio night life. Get everywhere easier form S. Conrado to another places. Being in S. Conrado you are anywhere easily in few minutes. Taxis are extremely cheap in Rio and SAO CONRADO WAS CONSIDERED THE SAFEST BOROUGH IN RIO FOR THE SECOND CONSECUTIVE YEAR. Nothing to fear like other places.

How long to stay? : Rio de Janeiro is a wonderful city. If you are not married, please go visit it before you do. If you are already, take your lover to this paradise. You will enjoy more your relationship in this scenario. If you plan to visit everything, you need one month. But if you want to see and enjoy the best from Rio let Paul get to know and he will be happy in advising you on your private and particular tour. Please send an email before you travel. You will be very happy with this setting whether you are a veteran or first time visitor to Rio. We can't say enough good things about the space itself. It looks exactly like the photos on this site. All appliances and furniture artistic, tasteful and brand new. It is a safe neighborhood. The building staff is accommodating. You can take buses or taxis to anywhere in the city. The apartment is so comfortable, sometimes you may not want to get out but there is a beautiful, exciting city waiting for you.
Owner's Response: It is nice to hearing comments like this one. This apartment was renovated with lots of care and love, that is why it is so pleasant, I know. But the most important thing is that it is familiar i.e.I rent it out to family or girls or couples. You will get clean bed sheets, and towels, never used in bachelor parties (sorry to say) because I never rent it out to boys looking for fun in Rio like other rentals do.
Now, we are building a new sound system for the living room, to give you exciting moments watching a HD TV movie or Carnival, or a show and also CNN and BBC.
