Beautiful presented secluded property in Trancoso, Bahia. Our house is surrounded by a luscious tropical walled garden, each room is en suite and air-conditioned with a view of the private pool. We are situated just minutes from the beach, or the buzz of the world famous quadrado where you can dine under the stars having a pick of the excellent cuisine on offer. The house is fully serviced by a staff of 3 with a tropical breakfast included, the fruit on offer is organic and picked fresh from the variety of trees in my garden. I can arrange pick up from the airport which a convenient hour away and an experience in its self as you travel through the sights and sounds of brazil and let your stress evaporate as you get closer to paradise. I can arrange a variety of activities for you and your guests, from boat trips to horse riding at my nearby farm at an additional cost. Conde Naste calls this the jewel of Brazil and has voted the beaches as some of the best in the world...

Trancoso is situated in Bahai, Brazil an hour away from Porto Seguro. The town itself is situated around the grass quadrado and protected by UNESCO which prohibits any kind of motorized vehicles enter the main square. the quadrado is lined with the pretty muticoloured boutique shops and varied restaurants offering a variety of cuisine from around the world. Trancoso is a place for pure relaxation or drinks and dancing into the night. The surrounding area offers the chance to visit an indian reservation, the beautiful village of Espelio which beach was voted one of the best in the world by Conde De Naste traveller. I own a farm fifteen minutes away from trancoso where i can offer horse riding tours through the Buffalo plains or down to the beach where i can set a private picnic for you and your guests. I can also arrange fishing trips in my boat where you have the chance to catch something and have our cook prepare it on the bbq.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Rental rates include the cost of the maids and breakfast for you and your guests daily. For an additional charge we are able to launder your clothes and i can provide a cook if you would like to have lunch or supper at the house.
  • Rentals are subject to a 30% deposit up front at time of booking, with the final amount paid in cleared funds before your arrival. I would also require a security deposit for any breakages, etc. which will be returned at the end of your stay.

The pool-side bedroom is separated from the main house overlooking the swimming pool its has its own large double bed and a private en suite with large rain type shower and private toilet. The garden bedroom is situated in the lush tropical garden a few metres from the main house, it has its own private terrace with places for two hammocks. The bedroom has two single beds and a private en suite shower room and private toilet.

My wife and i rented this house last christmas along with another couple and our children. I cannot recommend this house enough, the staff where on hand each morning to prepare breakfast, clean and make up the beds. the place is well maintain and offered us a much needed break from the hustle and bustle of london. being so close to the beach was a god send and so was the pool, having the chance to have a dip after breakfast was refreshing and a true luxury. the breakfast was excellent tropical fruit fresh from the garden and beautifully presented along with fresh coffee and freshly made fruit juice to order. trancoso is a truly magical place for couples and children alike, and staying in such a wonderful house made it even more special...
