Our rentors have loved it. A wonderful villa, perfect for holiday rental for one or two families with 4 bedrooms, 8 beds and 4 bathrooms. Self-catering. The house is big with a veranda upstairs and a terrace/garden downstairs. Together with 20 houses we share a big swimming-pool and a sports field. The house is situated 500 metres from the most wonderful beaches where you can 'beach buggy' if you dare and want to. It is also 500 metres to The Beach Park, the biggest Acqua Park in South America. Those who have rented our house have told us how they loved their stay there. Our neighbours are Brazilian and wonderful people, helpful, smiling, just great. The distance to Fortaleza (2,5 mill. inhabitants) is about 10-15 minutes drive, to the airport about 10 minutes and the same to the football. You really should rent this house. I know you will like it.

The house is situated about 20 km from the city centre of Fortaleza, in Ceara, Brazil. The area is called Porto Das Dunas, a beautiful area with sand dunes and the most wonderful beaches, There is about 10-15 minutes by car to the International airport and to the football-stadium. Fortaleza is in the upper league. From the house there are 500 metres to the beach and to 'The Beach Park, the biggest AquaPark in South America. It's useful to have a car when staying at Porto Das Dunas. Then you can easily reach lots of beautiful beaches. You can also rent 'Beach-Buggy-Cars and drive on the beach, You van rent a car 200 metres away from the house.

Each bedroom has its own bathroom connected. There is also air-condition in each bedroom.

Notes: The house is in a complete sae area, so you needn't be afraid to leave money, camereas etc. in the house when going to the beach etc. There is a wall around the 20 houses in the condominium and a gatekeeper all day and all night.

Garden: In the small garden outside, there is a shower and a big barbecue. You will find a dining-table for 8-10 people there, nice chairs for relaxing and places to put up a hammock. Our grandson planted a coconut two years ago, so a cocopalm is growing fast together with some other plants. We are happy if our rentors take care of our small garden while staying in our house, watering our plants etc.:-) There is a small sportsfield in the condominium that you can use whenever you want.

Beautiful and comfy around the beach

Our family enjoyed our stay at this beautifully decorated and fully equiped home. It is not only nearly a walking distance to the beach but also near restaurants and the popular Beach Park. We did not experience any difficulties in the reservation process and the gated community staff was very helpful. We felt very safe and the neighborhhod was very friendly.The house was comfortable and had everything we needed to make our vacation affordable and yet enjoyable. My expectations were exceeded. I would definitely recommend this rental to my friends and family. As a matter of fact we are already planning and looking forward to a second time at the house.

Beautiful house, safe area close to the beach

Our family has spent almost five weeks in this beautiful and well equipped house. We have two children, 7 and 9 years old, and they had the time of their life here! The area is very safe and cozy, and the neighbours are friendly and helpful. Even though only a few of them understand English, and we don't speak any Portugese, we manage to understand eachother somehow:) The pool area is usually very quiet and almost "empty", and the children enjoy staying there.

Just a few hundred meters down the street is miles and miles of beautiful beaches and South Americas largest waterpark "Beach Park". It's so much fun there regardless of age:) We felt very lucky to live so close to this huge attraction!

We rented a car during our stay, and recommend others to do the same, but it's no problem to get to Fortaleza by bus either - and you can go by "Beach buggeys" to visit other beaches.

There is so many things we loved about this place and our stay there, and to much to write it all down here. We will definately come back again, and again - and again!!! :)

Cette maison c'est un cocoon chaleurese especial pour les familles avec une grand comodite et un belle piscine pour finir sa journee de plage a seumlement 20mn de Fortaleza a 2mn de la plage de Beach Park, 30mn de plage du Futuro (genial!!!), des vacances en famille agreables car il y a un ambience comme a la maison!

Peaceful holiday place

What we were looking for is a place to relax from our work in another brazilian city. This house was great for that purpose: very calm aerea, swimmingpool to relax, great also for our little 3-year old daugther. The sea is close by. (10 min. walk). The house is very clean, stileful, the kitchen has everything necessary to cook your own meals. We liked especially the upstairs bedrooms with the balkony, to read and enjoy the breeze from the sea. Lots of covered space to play for our dougther in the back area of the house which could be a garage but as we didn't have a car was all empty, clean, well ventilated.
We only wished for a bigger grocery shop closer by and a drugstore. There are about 3 restaurants in walking distance.
So, in short, the house is really great, without a car you can take taxi or take a bus to town, or rent a car for a day or more which we did.

We found this rental home just as described. It is clean and well-equipped and very comfortable. We would love to stay here again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to ALL! The location is perfect! It's near the big city (Fortaleza) and other attractions like Morro Branco (take a buggy ride and ask for Alan, driver #22) and Canoa Quebrada. You'll love the owner, too. She's a gem!
