Guest Book & Comments Book:
Please find placed on the coffee table our Guest Book where I have hopefully provided you with as much information on the various attractions of Sunny Beach, Nessebar, Bulgaria itself. Its also where you find the do's and don’ts of the Ravda Residence, if there is any? So please do take the first few minutes after unpacking to sit down with a cool drink and read the Guest Book. There is also a Guest Comments book which we would like you to complete on your departure, all comments good or bad welcomed. Please also make note of any minor repairs which need attention and the maid will check the book on a regular basis.
The apartment has an inventory list which is checked weekly, so please record any breakages in the Comments book at the back, as this saves any misunderstanding.
Flights:
Flights are direct to Bourgas which is approximately 20 minutes away from the apartment. Flights depart from various airports throughout the United Kingdom. I have been told abput Whizz doing them around £100. I am more than happy to spend an hour or so on the net helping you to find flights if you would like me to, I have found a flight for us that the travel agent could not! Our friends, either Elena or Nicolli are taxi drivers and will meet you at the airport to take you to the apartment. We have provided the names and numbers of our taxi drivers in the guest book.
If you are thinking of coming to Bulgaria to view properties, ours is an ideal apartment as the guys who we bought from are our friends and await your call
Entertainment:
Our apt is in a quiet complex overlooking the beach which is also nice and peaceful, as one guest said, much better than the holiday package to Sunny Beach. We have noticed the prices in Sunny Beach have risen sharply this year, whereas Ravda and most of Old and New Nessebar still give good Bulgarian money for value.
The residents of our complex all agree as well as previous guests, this is a stunning part of Bulgaria and we are very lucky to own property in such a stunning location. We also have a lovely hotel next door where you can eat and drink, again at good value. There are so many areas of this part of the world to explore, whether it be the many local areas with their various restaurants, many with live entertainment at night, or if you take one of the trips advertised on various boards scattered around the place.
If anyone saw the band Mr Vagabond who played in Sunny Beech this year, we have taken them on under our management so look out for them coming to uk next year
Golf:
Sliven is about an hour and a half away from Ravda and next year if not the year after a golf course will be completed a lot closer, maybe half an hour away. So golfers keep checking this site.
Other Activities:
Aqua Parks, trampolines, bungy jumps for small and big, fun fairs.
