5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, sleeps 10, 5 mins to sunny beach

Traditional exterior, with spacious modern interior situated in a peaceful country setting with panoramic views of sunny beach and old Nessebar. the villa is sat in a beautiful large garden with it's own private pool, which is perfect for a summer retreat. The villa has balconies all around to maximise the stunning views, and the master en suite bedroom has a large balcony with seating for 4 people and again, fabulous views of the coast. the villa location is unsurpassed, and there is 24 hour security on site. The villa is ideal for large families, or couples, and has 2 private car spaces. Please note, we suspended all lets from 2008-2010 due to the failure of the developer and Bulgarian maintenance company to do their job and keep the site to a high standard. we now have a new company and new developer, and as a result the site is now back to a very high standard, with landscaped gardens. There are now also restaurants and spa facilities within walking distance of the villa.

The villa is a 10 minute drive from sunny beach, and 20 min down the coastal road is old Nessebar, which is a UNESCO heritage site, full of quaint cobbled streets, and traditional buildings, and fabulous sea food restaurants. The villa is surrounded by green hills, and fields, yet still within a stone throw of all the resorts facilities. For the more adventurous then a 2 hour drive will take you up into the mountains, to experience true Bulgarian village life.

Just a 5 minutes drive down the road is horse riding school, for those who would like a more sporty holiday. Varna, is only an hour and half away, if you decide to explore further, and zozopol is a must see, which is just an hour away. Here you will see traditional architecture, and taste delicious local food

  • Transfers can be arranged, plus car hire, which are payable locally. car hire can be delivered to the villa. Deposits are 50% of rental, with the balance 8 weeks prior to arrival. There is also a damage deposit of 250 euro payable on arrival, and refunded on your departure, if no damages have been reported. welcome packs can be ordered at an extra cost of 30 Euro per pack. payment can be either sterling or Euro, credit cards have a charge of 2%.
  • Please note we do not refund for no shows it is the clients responsibility to take out elevant insurance if events arise such as illness, or bad weather conditions that may prevent your arrival.

Bulgaria is a place that still offers good value and is very cost effective for families with relatively inexpensive restaurants, and sunny beach promenade is great entertainment for children. Our stay at the villa was fine except for the weather! I would not advise going in September, it was freezing. The villa itself is fabulous. Our only disappointment was the landscaping of the actual villa property and surrounding area. It left a lot to be desired. Also you have to like cats!
There were little problems such as one of the boilers not working and the water being cut off for a whole day but we were told to expect these things and it did not spoil the enjoyment of our stay at the villa. A handbook would also have been handy regarding taxi numbers, hospital location, how to work some of the appliances, guide to what to see out and about, etc. We would recommend the villa for those who wish to get away from the hustle and bustle of the main area as a taxi or car is required.

between garbage and construction sites

This quite nice house (no dishwasher tough, while there is a fireplace:), is surrounded by nothing else, but garbage and rising building. Grass is burnt out everywhere, and there was no water for 2 days in one week, as it comes from tanks, and they ran out supposedly. No drinking water in the house, even when there is water. The pool is ok, but cleaning did not really work properly.
I would rather go to around Balchik in the north, or souther than Sozopol.
