The Lagoon Bay villa is a new build and is finished to a high standard with air conditioning, situated on a complex of nine villas in total with a communal pool. There is also a barbecue area with BBQ, patio furniture and sun loungers. The villa is detached with two bedrooms both lead onto a balcony with pool and sea views, two bathrooms (family bathroom upstairs with shower and WC and bidet and a smaller wet room downstairs with shower and WC). The kitchen is fully fitted with fridge, Cooker and hob, washing machine and microwave and breakfast bar. An open plan living area with two sofa beds. All rooms have fans. Also included:- hi-fi, TV, DVD, ps1 with a selection of CD's, films and games, also cot and high chair.

Villa Lagoon Bay is located between Balchik and Kavarna. Its is approx. 300 metres from the Bay where you will find the beach, bar/restaurant. BALCHIK, a popular historic seaside town is 6kms. It is a large sheltered bay with traditional fishing boats alongside a wide range of restaurants, shops and other tourist facilities. ALBENA RESORT, Is 14kms. It has 7km of fine golden sand and a superb range of watersports and for the children, a funfair, mini train, mini golf and trampolines, also a great range of bars and restaurants. GOLDEN SANDS RESORT is 21kms. A fine sandy beach 4km long offering a selection of watersports, restaurants and a lively choice of night life. There is also an aqua park (June - Sept). VARNA CITY is 38kms. You will find museums, art galleries and plenty of shops, cafes and restaurants.

We had a fantastic holiday here in Bulgaria. The villa and complex were perfect for our families needs. The villa itself was comfortable and spacious with everything you could possibly want for a holiday. There are a couple of bars/restaurants within walking distance and a small shop which sells basics but apart from these not much else at the moment although alot of building work was going on so I guess there will be more appearing within the next couple of years or so.
We definatley would consider using it again, but would probably consider hiring a car, we did use the local taxi service recommended by others in the other villas who was reasonably priced and reliable but for flexability a hired car would be better.
We did watersports in Albena which were great and again very reasonable in price. Balchik was lovley and has some excellent restaurants over looking the bay. All in all a quiet but very enjoyable holiday.
