Large Villa with private pool and stunning views
The Villa is a new build detached villa with 6 bedrooms (2 double, 2 with single and bunk beds, 1 double with ensuite & 1 with 2 x sofa beds). All bedrooms have balconies with the exception of the ensuite bedroom. Four shower rooms. Fully fitted kitchen, dining room and lounge. There is also a room with a bar, pool table, and large fridge. All the rooms have fans. There is a barbecue area with 2 BBQ's and patio furniture and sun loungers, a private pool (7.5mx3.5m). Also a mini crazy golf course and putting green! ALL ROOMS HAVE STUNNING VIEWS.

The Villa is situated on a hillside overlooking Albena Beach. It is approx. 400 metres (downhill) to the nearest restaurants and local shop. ALBENA resort is a mere 2.5km away, with a fabulous beach, superb range of watersports and great choice of bars/restaurants and for the children a funfair, mini train, mini golf and trampolines. BALCHIK a traditional seaside/harbour village is approx. 8km away. GOLDEN SANDS resort is approx. 10km away with its fine golden sandy beach, good restaurants and a lively choice of nightlife.
