Villa MARIE is newly developed and ideal for large families, groups or those who just like space. Price includes services of a manager to take you from the airport and help you get the most from your stay. The 7 bedrooms can accommodate up to 14. There's a brand new modern kitchen, plus a new 'summer kitchen' on the lower level, to allow outdoor eating. Or eat out very cheaply at near by restaurants. The villa has full air-conditioning and Satellite TV. Lounge down by the new swimming pool (with separate children's area), with its sun gazebo and Jacuzzi. The setting and grounds of this villa are beautiful. Electric gates, long drive, turning area with fountain, royal coach on display, sun terrace, pool, orchard, sun balconies - perfect for letting the stress go. It's well located in Balchik, which has a wide range of modern and historic tourist attractions, and is on the main coast road from which even more holiday places can be found.

Balchik is a popular historic seaside town only 40 kms by main road from Varna International Airport. It is large sheltered bay with traditional fishing boats alongside a wide range of restaurants and other modern tourist facilities. The Tsar's summer palace is next to Villa Marie and offers 70 acres of walks in the botanical gardens. Local markets, shops and restaurants all within walking distance. Villa manager can assist with arranging transport and trips if required.

Additional information about rental rates

  • The package price includes: rent of the whole villa for a week, one Varna airport arrival transfer, cleaning of the villa once a week, change of the bed linen and bath towels - once a week, support of a villa manager, all utility bills.
    Repeat clients from 2007, 2008 and 2009 receive 10 % discount from summer 2010 rates.
    400 Euro deposit per week stay secures booking. Balance no later than 6 weeks before going.
    Please note that all bookings require an additional 200 Euro damages deposit to be added. The damage deposit is paid on arrival and fully refundable on departure after the villa is checked by the Villa Manager and no damages are made to the property.
  • Villa rental period starts and finishes on a Saturday. Changeover day could be flexible in low and mid seasons.
