Our 1-bedroom apartment is in the new 4* Flora Phase II development in the centre of Borovets, just 200m from the Gondola, and within easy walking distance of all the shops, bars and restaurants in the centre of the resort. The apartment sleeps 4 in comfort; 2 in the separate bedroom, and 2 on a sofa-bed in the living room. We can also rent additional apartments if required for larger groups.

The 1 bedroom apartment consists of a separate bedroom, a bathroom, a separate kitchen area, a living area, and a balcony off the living area. The bedroom contains a double-bed, bedside cabinets, and a triple wardrobe. Linen is provided for the bed. The bathroom contains a bath with shower attachment, sink, toilet, and heated towel radiator. Towels are provided. The kitchen contains a sink, fridge, oven, hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, as well as all usual plates, cutlery, glasses, mugs etc. The living area contains a sofa-bed, other seating, a 20' LCD TV with some English satellite channels and DVD player, and coffee table. Linen is provided for the sofa-bed.

Notes to the rental rates

• A reservation fee of £100 (per apartment booked) is required to confirm a booking. This is deducted from the cost of the accommodation, which is payable in full 8 weeks prior to departure (or immediately if booking less than 8 weeks prior to departure). On arrival in the resort a further £100 refundable damages deposit is requested. Skiing Information:

Borovets features 40km of ski runs, served by 17 drags/chairlifts, and 1 gondola which is just 75m from the apartments. The majority of slopes cater for the beginner or intermediate skier, a feature which is supported by an excellent ski school and reasonable tuition rates. However there are also a number of black runs to keep the more advanced skier busy. There is also good off-piste skiing and room for snowboarding.
