Palm springs vacation villa
Situated in a luxury resort, on 25 acres of mature grounds, with palm trees and fountains. There are 8 pools, 9 spas and 5 lighted tennis courts. The villa has two main bedrooms and one additional bedroom king, queen and full beds and a sofa bed. Luxuriously furnished, full kitchen dishwasher microwave full china glassware and cutlery. 4TVs,VCR, DVD, CD, stereo. There are washer/dryer there is a large outside patio with BBQ and views of a fountain the nearest pool is right outside the door. The approximate size of the villa is 1400sq.ft. There is 2-car garage, bicycles tennis rackets and board games are included. City Water Park is close by, downtown palm springs with its bustling shops & restaurants is approximately 6minutes drive. This is our 2nd home and is decorated to a very high standard it is not a typical rental.
