Recently decorated by one of the original members of the hit series “Queer Eye for the Straight Guy” this beautiful home truly gives new meaning to “indoor-outdoor” living. The enchantment begins the moment you pass through the double front doors which open into a tranquil courtyard and on to a spacious and private outdoor living area with spectacular mountain views. The outdoor area includes a large heated pool, built-in tiki-bar, lounging and eating areas, a southing fountain, outdoor shower and two-person hammock nestled under tropical citrus trees. Inside, relax with first class comforts and amenities including a stainless steel gourmet kitchen, elegant bed and bathrooms, extra large living room which includes a fireplace and separate dining area. Living room opens up with several French doors to the outside living area and pool. The master suite contains a modern Italian designed king sized bed with French doors that open onto a private patio.

House is located on a beautiful and very quite street with little traffic. The airport is less than 5 minutes drive away, as well as a shopping centre which includes a supermarket, drug store and much more. Palm Springs has some great attractions. One of the best ones is a rotating cable car that takes you to the top of the mountain. Within 30 minutes you can be from laying in the sun by the pool to walking in the snow! There are many beautiful hiking trails within 10-15 minute drive. At several locations you can rent horses as well. There are several casinos in and around Palm Springs. Several hotels located close to natural springs offer an array of spa services. Downtown Palm Springs has many great restaurants and shops and is only a 5 minute drive away. Every Thursday night there is a large open air street market. Golf Information: many public courses are available in the surrounding area. There are at least four public golf courses within a 5 min drive.

Inside, relax with first class comforts and amenities including a stainless steel gourmet kitchen, 3 bedrooms + 3 elegant bathrooms, extra large living room which includes a fireplace and separate dining area. Living room opens up with several French doors to the outside living area and pool. The master suite contains a modern Italian designed king sized bed with French doors that open onto a private patio. A cozy den with a 34” TV and second fireplace is also a wonderful place to relax.

This house includes all the high tech conveniences. Besides a phone/intercom system with 4 different stations, the built-in stereo system has speakers in all rooms including outdoor speakers around the pool and lounging areas. You can chose music from a over 200 CD's of various music already placed in a 300 CD disc changer. A large 34' TV with DVD and VCR is placed in the den. The master bedroom has its own TV with a dual DVD/VCR player. The second bedroom also has a TV and DVD player. The house comes with a DVD/video library of over 75 movies and TV series. A desktop with high speed internet is also available for your convenience. You can also bring your own laptop and tune into the wireless internet access available throughout the house. The 2-car garage has recently been converted to a great game room with Ping-Pong/Table Tennis, Air Hockey, Fusball and Darts. Several other outdoor games are also available.
