Notes to the rental rates

• If you book 14 days or less before your scheduled arrival, rates for a total of 12 guests are:
  $2142 for 7 nights, $306 for the 8th and each additional night. $1071/weekend $357per night Mon-Thurs, 3 night minimum.
  Rates booked in advance (more than 14 days out) are as follows:
  January 1st - June 16th & September 8th - December 31st 2006 (excluding holiday weeks):
  Weekly Rate: $2856 for up to 12 guests. $408 each additional night.
  Weekend Rates: $1428 - 2 options available (Fri 3pm - Mon 10am or Fri 6am - Sun 6pm)
  Daily Rates: Monday - Thursday only. $476/night 2 night minimum
  
• Seven night minimum rental June17th-Sept 7th $3332/wk. Additional nights (8 or more) $476
  
• Christmas/New Years - 7 night minimum rental, $3332/wk $476 each additional night (8 or more)
  Thanksgiving - $476/night (4 night minimum)

Area Activities

So much to do so little time! The house is centrally located to some of LA's major attractions without the crowds and noise. It's less than a 30 minute drive to Universal Studios, Hollywood, Magic Mountain and the Getty Museum, and just a two minute walk to hiking in the Santa Monica Mountains! Plus five minutes from the house is beautiful Topanga Canyon, which winds through the hills, for a 20-minute scenic drive directly to the beach. Less than 15 minutes from the house, are several public golf courses, movie and live theatres, bars, restaurants and nightclubs, and 2 shopping malls are less than 10 minutes away. A beautiful 55 ft pool and spectacular view tennis court are a 2 minute walk.Tennis rackets, balls, and pool towels are provided, as are free unlimited local phone calls, and wireless internet. For your entertainment when you are relaxing in the house, we have over 75 DVD's, board games and Sony Playstation 2 with video games for all ages.

House Rules

Large events/house parties are strictly prohibited. Single adults under the age of 26, must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. $155 cleaning fee. $500 refundable reservation/damage deposit required.
