This house is perfect for what we needed. Couldn't have asked for more. The property sits on the most beautiful hill top you've ever seen. And it's an amazing house. The neighborhood is very safe and the homes are really nice there. I walked in and was amazed from the very start. It's huge!!! Open and clean. The furnishings are just like they look in the pictures online. All the appliances worked perfectly and the hottub was wonderful. Whenever we had questions or needed help with anything on the property, the owners were right there for us. They were always friendly and nice. We actually had 11 people in our party. With 5 bedrooms and 3 baths, everyone had more than enough room. The water pressure is wonderful. And more than enough hot water. (I worried about that) The beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of towels to go around. The washer and dryer was a great bonus. The view from the deck was breath taking. We all took so many pictures of the view. We spent most of our time out there. This property is located so perfectly if you want to see Hollywood, LA, or Malibu. A grocery store is right down the hill so you don't have to worry about much of anything. We actually had our daughter's rehearsal dinner for her wedding there on the deck and the kitchen is a dream to work in. If I ever have the occasion to go back there I will find this property again. I was and still am so thankful to Francesca and Charlie (the owners). My whole California experience will always be a cherished memory and everyone that came into the house said the same thing: What an amazing place. 5 bedroom home near Hollywood

We ( 2 families, total of 9) stayed there during Xmas 2008. The owners had setup a beautiful christmas tree for us. The house was spacious , sufficient rooms and sitting areas. Wonderful jacuzzi , views over Woodland hills. Tennis Court and Swimming pool across the street. Pool is community, but hardly used so actually "private".
Kitchen Fridge/Freezer was planned for replacement, but another one was provided, so no problems there. The owners visited us during the week, very friendly.
I would certainly consider to go there again.
