AT&T Park (home of the World Series Champion San Francisco Giants), the Sony Metreon, Moscone Convention Center, the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art, Union Square, Yerba Buena Gardens and the Center for the Arts, the Financial District, world-class galleries, theaters, restaurants and night clubs are just a few of the places you'll find within walking distance.

Your furnished apartment home comes fully equipped with a full-size kitchen, living room and dining area. Every bedroom is outfitted with a queen size bed and modern furnishings. A pull-out queen size sofa is also provided in all apartments. Weekly housekeeping is also included at no additional charge, however there is a final/move out cleaning fee of $100.

Completely furnished one bedroom, one bath apartment with balcony. The apartment includes a full size galley style kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, stove and all cookware, utensils, and house wares. The living room and dining room are professionally furnished with a pull out queen size sofa bed, love-seat, dining room table with chairs for four, coffee table, end tables, lamps, entertainment center and more. The bedroom is outfitted with one queen size bed, bedside lighting, night stands, and chest of drawers. All bedding, towels and toiletries are also provided. Weekly housekeeping service is included, however there is a final/move out cleaning fee of $100. Laundry facilities (additional fee) are located on every floor of the building. Parking available through an underground public garage, however must be paid directly to the garage. Estimated cost for 24 hours is $25 USD.

Perfect for any occasion

This appartment really fulfilled all expectations we had in advance already mainly due to the great correspondance with the owner. A leaflet was prepared with a lot of useful information about eating out , parking, sightseeing, public transport, ... and really, all suggestions proofed very valuable (esp. Dim Sum & spanish brewery!). It's also nicely located, quite central and in walking distance to Moscone & Yerba Buena Gardens (for conferences) but also to Embarcadero, Union Square, Chinatown and other Downtown SF, so also sightseeing and shopping is very convenient. Needless to say it was absolutely clean, well maintained offering all amenities you'd expect but with much more familiar atmosphere than a hotel. Thanks a lot to John to make our stay so comfortable (and also the bottle of wine!). We only can highly recommend this property (more appartments available) and whenever we get a chance to return to SF we'll for sure rent it again.

Couldn't be better

We stayed for 6 nights and found that it was great. We had a 1 bed apartment with a sofa bed in the living room for my daughter and a small kitchen with all the amenaties you may need for 4 people. It was a lovely clean modern apartment very well kept on the 3rd floor. Spacious airy and full of light. It felt like home we loved it. The apartment compound is closed and has a lovely park and gardens it's lovely the apartments are like terraces within the park you scarcely can tell your smak right downtown. Which is great because you are close to everything and public transit is at the front door works fabulous we toured everything with a City Pass of San Fran. I would stay there again without a second thought. There's a great Gym room and a lovely pool and spa that we enjoyed every evening when we returned. The owner is great had everything ready and a leaflet with all the details and pointers on what is located close by very helpful. Concierge service great too.

Perfect fit for a conference / vacation visit

This property is just as pictured. Perfectly close to Moscone for conventions. Superb way to save money on eating out. Whole Foods and Shop n Save are in walking distance for groceries. Beautiful, well maintained inner courtyard with friendly staff, full grown trees, and an excellent pool! I felt safe and comfortable. Lots of tenant's dogs being walked and chatting neighbors made it feel less like a hotel rental and more like a community. Price was great and owner responded quickly to all correspondence. Nothing fancy but everything you need. Clean, comfortable and well stocked. Cabinet doors a little worn...some fell off and frig was loud. Hairdryer that was advertised was absent but friendly housekeeper was prompt in replacing it. Be sure you understand key access at check-in for off hours. A San Fran friend visited us after an evening out and he said free parking was nearby and what a way to visit and save money. Lighting a little low in the bedroom. Great affordable dim sum around the corner. Owner provided excellent guide to neighborhood for food, attractions. Convenient to walk to Embarcadero, Yerba Buena Gardens and public trans to airport / other neighborhoods. Great Value, billing / deposit / reservation clear and well documented - will definitely rent again.
