Each bedroom is outfitted with one queen size bed, bedside lighting, night stands, and chest of drawers. All bedding, towels, toiletries and cleaning supplies are also provided. Weekly housekeeping service is included at no additional charge. Laundry facilities (additional fee) are located on every floor of the building.

We found this two bedroom/two bathroom unit as advertised - a plus! The Folsom and 3rd Street location was ideal - within walking distance of the Ferry Building and the Embarcadio, Powell Street cable cars, Union Square shopping and other attractions and on site workers very helpful. Would definitely recommend this accommodation.

Very comfortable, near Moscone Ctr in SOMA

We stayed a week in a 1 bedroom apt while attending a convention. It is very nicely furnished, and completely equipped with linens, towels, kitchen items, 2 TVs, etc. They even had extra towels for use at the pool/spa, so be sure to bring your swim suit! (We didn't.) And the fitness room for the complex was very nice. The unit required a key card for the front gate, and for the front door to the building, so we felt secure. And the unit was quiet - we never heard any noise from neighbors while in the apartment. Our only concern - the unit has heat but no AC. We were there in January, so not a problem at all - and we live in Texas, so a unit without AC wouldn't work. But it must work here, since none of the apartments seemed to have been built with AC. We were pleasantly surprised by the number of shops and restaurants nearby in the SOMA neighborhood, including a Whole Foods a block and a half away where we could get some groceries, and had dinner a couple of nights. We would definitely stay here again!
