Niagara on the Lake and Niagara Falls within minutes. This newly built three bedroom townhome is located minutes away from Niagara Falls and Niagara-on-the-Lake. It is seconds away from major highways and an hour away from Toronto. Across the street from beautiful canal parkway that has 32 km of multi-use trails for biking, walking or rollerblading. There is a children's play area at the canal and a museum that is about a minute's walk away. There is a 5000 acre nature preserve about 15 minutes away as are several groomed hiking or off road biking trails. It includes three bedroom and two and a half bathrooms. The master bedroom has an ensuite and looks out to a small wooded lot beyond which is the canal. It comfortably sleeps six. Peak rental cost is $1285 per week based on four person occupancy.

Niagara Falls - Toronto - Niagara on the Lake - Niagara - This wonderful three bedroom town home is located minutes away from Niagara Falls and Niagara-on-the-Lake. It is seconds away from major highways. Across the street from beautiful canal parkway that has 32 kms of multi-use trails for biking, walking or roller blading. It is also about a three minute drive to the Bruce Hiking Trail - the largest hiking trail in North America which stretches about 500 km north of Toronto and is an ancient Indian route. Niagara on the Lake is home to the famous Shaw Theater and Festival. Niagara Falls is, well, Niagara Falls! Downtown Toronto is about a 45 minute drive. Located about 5 minutes from the central shopping area of the area where fresh fruit, groceries and everything else may be found! It includes three bedroom and three bathrooms. The master bedroom has an ensuite and looks out to a small forest beyond which is the shimmering water. It comfortably sleeps five or six.

Additional information about rental rates

  • NOTE: Our rental prices are based on FOUR persons for the time frame indicated. Additional persons are separate ($20pp/day high season; $15pp/day mid; $10pp/day low). Children 2 and under are no charge.
    We require a refundable $250 security/damage/booking deposit to hold your rental time frame. This deposit is returned following inspection after departure (less any damage if applicable). Credit cards are accepted for deposit and for rental payment. 1/3 total payment is due at 90 days prior to rental; balance at 60 days. We do NOT accept personal/business cheque, money order, or bank draft. We provide a written quote for all clients.
  • Although there are two other levels, there is plenty of room on the main floor and access to most family activities. There are 3 steps up to the front entry door; the driveway has a gentle slope to the front lawn. Although we have had guests in wheelchairs, they would need help getting in the front door which is a double door that can be opened to accommodate them. We do NOT allow smoking (local bylaw conformation).

Dream Holiday

The house is perfectly situated to visit the whole of Niagara including a short drive to the state line. The house is stunning and was more than large enough to accomodate our family of five (2 children under 7, 1 teenager).
The home owner treated us more like friends borrowing a room than simply people renting a property making a great difference to our stay, even helping us to plan the three weeks we spent there.

Niagara is stunning, you must see the fireworks, as are the surrounding towns. We strongly recommend Marineland and Lake Erie for days out with Crystal Beach topping the list. Unlike beaches in England, they were beautifully maintained and the parking was free! (All Brits will understand what I mean) The property is perfectly situated so that you do not have to travel far to see some stunning locations such as Niagara-on-the-Lake and meet some lovely people.
The property is exceptional value for money and I cannot recommend both the property and the owner highly enough. Perfect!

Home on Holiday

My husband and I rented this house and we completely fell in love with it straight away. The house was perfectly set up in terms of location, community and size.

The owners were very helpful though they had stuff on their plate at the time of our rental too. We settled right in and the break my husband and I desperately needed could not have been any more perfect if it wasn't for this house and the owners.

I can't wait to go back someday and rent from you guys again.
I thoroughly enjoyed the ships going past and racing to the lock to see them navigate through and also opening and closing of the bridges. Even that was so much fun and it made me feel like a kid again.

It was quite easy to navigate to Niagara Falls and Niagara-on-the-lake, all within close distance to the perfect location of the house.

Lovely Home well located

The house was well located for seeing the whole Niagara area, although so new the development isn't on GPS yet so make sure you have a copy of the location details with you from the owner! The owner was very helpful and the house itself was well appointed, spotless, and comfortable. My only slight niggle was in the sleeping arrangements for 6 people. There are 3 single beds and one king-size upstairs, and a pull out double sofa bed downstairs. This meant either the grandparents or the teenager slept downstairs ..... neither is ideal - if you also holiday with either you'll know why!!! The whirlpool jet boats from Niagara on the Lake were a highlight for all, and unexpectedly so was watching the ships navigate the local lock only minutes away from the house. A gem recommended by a local especially if you have kids was Port Delousie, with an old Victorian roundabout still at 5c a turn, and a lovely beach.

The double twins in one bedroom can be quickly reconfigured to be side-by-side to equate to a king. So two couples can stay in the upstairs with privacy.

And the carousal at Port Dalhousie has been 5 cents since I was a child. I now take my own kids there as well. It's a local family tradition! You're absolutely right - It should not be missed!

This was our first time home rental. We were impressed! The place was nice, clean, comfortable and roomy for our full family. Located just 15 minutes from all the Niagara Fall attractions.
The owner was very friendly and helpful - pointed out attractions worth doing/seeing. Our stay was great and we would recommend to anyone. Thank you Murtaza!
