A well situated apartment on the prestigious San Jacinto complex in a quiet location near the best beach in town called Playa de las Cucharas. Very close to restaurants, supermarket and shops. This very spacious two bedroom apartment has a living/dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, oven, hob and microwave. A washing machine is located in the secure outside utility/drying area. The large sun terrace has great views towards the sea offering excellent and quite private sunbathing. Locally, restaurants and shops are within an easy few minutes walk and the closest beach is a further 5 minutes walk. The centre of Costa Teguise, with an extensive range of shops, bars and restaurants is only a 10/15 minute walk away, although taxis are numerous if required.

Costa Teguise

Costa Teguise is a purpose built, family friendly resort with excellent facilities. It is also the premier location on Lanzarote for windsurfing. Windsurfing hire shops and windsurfing schools are located on sandy Playa de las Cucharas. Only a 15 minute journey from Arrecife Airport means a very quick transfer time to the apartment. Although a car is not needed car hire is easily available to explore the island and it's many interesting attractions.
