Spacious two bedroom ground floor apartment in privately owned gated complex (Las Coronas) on the sea front close to the centre of Costa Teguise. Apartment offers fantastic patio and decking area ideal for outside dining and sun bathing. Sun lounger’s, deck chairs and dining furniture are provided. Each bedroom has two single beds, bathroom also with WC and shower, large living area with American style kitchen and breakfast bar. The complex has a large well maintained swimming pool plus children's pool and poolside bar which serves snacks. Complex is also situated very close to a wide variety of restaurants, bars and shops. The Las Coronas complex opens directly onto the coastal promenade with access to sandy beaches within 5-10 minutes walk. The apartment is suitable for 4 adults or 2 adults and up to 4 children under 12. It is not suitable for 6 adults. The airport and Arrecife, the island capital, are within 20 minutes and 15 minutes respectively by car or taxi.

Apartment is located in Costa Teguide which is 15 minutes by car/taxi from Arrecife, the island's capital. Costa Teguise is a favourite with visitors to Lanzarote as it offers relaxing beaches and open spaces, a wide variety of excellent restaurants ('Oscars' on the complex comes highly recommended) and bars as well some fantastic watersports (windsurfing, sailing etc.). Costa Teguise also offers an 18 hole golf course, water park and sandy beaches. Ideal as a base to explore the island further including The Fire Mountains and resorts of Puerto del Carmen and Playa Blanca. Closer to home, a visit to the Sunday market at La Villa de Teguise is a must.

A Pleasent Surprise

This appartment is definately value for money. Upon arrival we were pleasently surprised at the size of the appartment, it is very well equipped with everything for your stay. Pleanty of amenities for daytime and evening within a very short walking distance, or short and cheap taxi ride. Ideal for families with young or teenage children as the complex is very close to the beach and has its own pool area, but the appartment is secluded enough for peace and quite for basking in the sun making for a very relaxing and enjoyable holiday.
