This fully equipped apartment that can sleep 4 people is situated on the ground floor of this quiet and secluded development with mature gardens,large pool and toddlers pool. The accommodation comprises large double bedroom with fitted wardrobes, bathroom and shower, fully fitted kitchen, large lounge area with patio. Two fold down beds are available on request. Ample sun loungers are available round the pool area. Whilst being quiet and secluded {No tour company lettings} the apartment is only 1 minute walk from the beach, shops and several very good restaurants. The apartment is cleaned and serviced with fresh bed linen and towels every week. There is sat/cable T.V. together with every utensil you will need for a self catering holiday. Cost Teguise is a very pleasant part of the island being blessed with sandy beaches, almost guaranteed sunshine all year round together with a prevailing cool breeze from the ocean which makes sunbathing a very pleasant experience without discomfort.
