This first floor, one bedroom apartment enjoys sea views and overlooks well-maintained gardens. Playa Bastian beach is a 2 minute walk away down a private road. There are 3 restaurants on site, supermarkets, bank and shops are opposite the apartment. There a 4 swimming pools, 2 of which are heated.The large main beach in Costa Teguise (Cucharas) is a 10 minute walk along the sea front.

Playa Bastian is a residential complex at Bastian beach ideal for couples or families, with 4 swimming pools 2 heated, the beach is only a 200m walk down a private road. There are restaurants, bars, banks and shops along side Playa Bastian. The main part of Costa Teguise with more shops and beaches is a 10/15 minute walk away along a promenade. The airport is only 20 minutes away about 15 euros in a taxi. This property has a large balcony furnished with table and chairs with sea views.

Hi Glenn. Just a brief e mail to thank you for the excellent facilities and accommodation offered by your apartment in Costa Teguise. These could not have been better in terms of the apartment's position in the complex, relaxing and dining in the sun, the view from the balcony and also its convenience to supermarkets, restaurants etc. ( El Navarro and Oscars were excellent). Should my wife and I decide to return to Costa Teguise we will certainly book again with you.
