This superb 2 bedroom apartment, which is privately owned, is situated in the beautiful award winning village of Yaiza.The apartment is part of a large villa which is occupied by the owners. However, it is completely self-contained and private. There is access to the HEATED swimming pool, sun terraces, BBQ area, and lovely gardens. There are beautiful views of the mountains and unique countryside from which the villa/apartment stands. There are two large double bedrooms which are tastefully furnished, a large modern bathroom with walk in shower, a kitchen with all the usual appliances, and a large lounge/dining area which leads on to the swimming pool.

Lanzarote: Lies approximately 60 miles off the North West Coast of Africa, making it an all year round sunny climate. From the breathtaking views at the most northern tip of the island, to the golden sandy beaches of the South, whatever you decide to do, there is something for everyone. Car hire is necessary. If you wish to hire a car, please ask at the time of booking and we will endeavour to assist you. Please remember to bring your driving licence with you.

Yaiza: Yaiza is a pretty village which is less than 15 minutes from the sandy beaches of Puerto Del Carmen and Playa Blanca. There is a supermarket close by for daily provisions and a pharmacy.

Golf: There is a golf club in the resort of Costa Teguise.

Date of visit 8/10/09 till 22/10/09 First class location.Excellent apartment.Centrally located,Brilliant walk,s, friendly pub,s. Small supermarket about a 5minute dander[ even has english mustard] host,s Lynne and John were brill,the pool was first class,We hope to return next year all being well. I must remember to bring some ham for Poppy. Big Wull and Mandy

perfect holiday destination, hosts are very friendly and made us feel like one of the family

this is the most relaxing holiday i have had in years
so much so we now go twice a year .


the house is beautifuly kept and well presented

we now advise all our friends to book early to avoid dissapointment
