For a free DVD of our apartments & area send your home address. This spacious, fully furnished, well equipped, quiet & bright apartment set on a landscaped complex with 3 huge pools, shops & ample car parking space. Large bedroom with 2 single beds, massive fitted wardrobes, fresh quality bedding and plenty of fresh towels. A fully fitted bathroom. A beautiful living area with comfortable furnishings, 28” widescreen TV, Satellite, DVD player and over 700 English free films available. Plus a double sofa bed that would suit either an adult or two children, a Z bed and privacy screen. Included are cooling fans, a heater and air conditioning. Well appointed kitchen with all the usual cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery & electrical appliances—including a washing machine. Dining table and chairs both inside and outside. It has wonderful views of the sea and mountains which are forever changing colour, they are quite mesmerizing. The terrace has sun loungers, table & chairs and a barbeque

Nearest Airport: Arrecife (approximately) at 20 Miles
Nearest Beach: beach at 1.0 Miles
Car: not necessary
Playa Blanca is the most southerly resort on Lanzarote & has many advantages for those who are looking for sun, sea & sand as well as good fish restaurants. Ferries to Fuerteventure (11km) 7 times a da. Tandoor House is the best for Indian food and they deliver take-aways, Casa Pedro is great for fish, for Spanish food (our favourite) is Los Hervideros. Jumbo on the front is the best Chinese and Rincon Playa also on the seafront is the best for snacks, great views, fabulous staff and most reasonable prices. Adjacent to Casa Sun is the Paradise Island Hotel that welcomes our guests to share their two bars, many pools, nightly entertainment & dining rooms. There is new a local bus service that travels to Playa Blanca centre & beyond to the many beaches for just €1.15 each (every 1/2 hour). There is also a taxi rank very close by. Natura beach is the nearest to this apartment & is about a 10 min walk. The town centre is just a 2 min taxi ride, or a 20 min walk. Read on for more details.

Additional information about rental rates

  • This is a fantastic 'SPECIAL OFFER' for this recessional year! All based on either 2 or 3 people sharing!
    A One week stay is just £275.
    Two weeks is £250 per week.
    Three weeks is £225 per week.
    Four weeks is £200 per week. That is only £800 for a months stay!
    You can even alternate friends or family within this time period to suit yourselves, as long as we know in advance and all parties staying agree to our conditions.
    Casa Sun is at yesterdays price. Add 100 euros for an additional person. A deposit of just (£100) per week, will secure your holiday with us. This is held as a damage deposit until after your holiday. The balance for your apartment then paid 6 weeks before travel. Don't worry we will send you a reminder in good time!
    Booking is easy.
    Simply arrange to transfer the small booking deposit to our U.K. Bank.

Quality accommodation at a reasonable price

All I can say is that this accommodation is the best we have EVER stayed in. The attention to detail is amazing and it was spotlessly clean.
I would recommend this to everyone without hesitation.

The apartment was immaculate with wine beer & fruit on arival, Brian & Lesley were at the end of a phone if we needed anything, the customer service was outstanding we have recomended to lots of friends, their is a brochure in the apartment with all the information you need on the area also recomendations for restaurants fom previous guests we would recommend hiring a car, we got one at the airport but they have plenty of information on hire companies in the apartment we would deffinatly go back can't recommend enough what a wonderfull time

Perfect stay in Lanzarote

This house is situated in a nice little parc close to playa Blanca. In the Summer it was somewhat quiet (one of the pools was under repair) but I guess that is different in the fall and winter (their busy season)
The house is well kept, clean and offers everything to have an enjoyable stay.

I would certainly recommend to hire a car when staying in Lanzarote because of the travel distances. Taxis are cheap but still a private car is much easier.
