'Casa Sun' is a spacious fully furnished, well equipped apartment that houses a big living area with comfortable furniture, wide screen TV, Satellite, DVD player and over 500 (English) films available, radio/CD player, a double sofa bed with privacy screen. Well appointed Kitchen/dining area with all the usual cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery & electrical appliances including a microwave, fridge/freezer, iron, full sized ceramic hob, cooker and washing machine with drying facilities. Bathroom has bath, shower, bidet etc., fresh towels and all bedding are provided. We provide soap, shampoo/conditioner etc. Air conditioned. Beautiful landscaped complex with a Supermarket, 3 swimming pools, ample parking space and a lovely Hotel next door with extensive facilities for your use. The terrace has a wooden table & chairs, a barbecue and views of both the sea and mountains. Guests will receive a bottle of wine, a basket of fruit, milk and water. No pets. No smoking inside allowed.

Playa Blanca is the most southerly resort on Lanzarote and has many advantages for those who are looking for sun, sea and sand as well as good fish restaurants that generally host the catch of the day. From Playa Blanca's seafront you can see across to Fuerteventura, which is mere 11km by ferry. Ferries cross to the island several times a day from the main harbour. On the seafront Rincon Playa for good food and great staff. The front is populated with a variety of beaches, notably Playa Dorada, Papagayo and Playa Flamingo. Restaurants are in abundance and are very good, we strongly recommend El Horno de la Aguela and Los Hervedereos for Spanish cuisine. Kaede for Japanese. Tandori Indian, fantastic,delicious. You can select (from our information file) where to eat, where to go for entertainment, excursions, costs and locations. You will find the area has a relaxed atmosphere especially at 'The Galeria Bar' (Andy & Sue's). Have a beer overlooking the Ocean & watch a large screen TV.

Notes to the rental rates

  • Casa Sun is 300 Euros (approx 240 Sterling) per week, based on two people sharing. Add 100 Euros for an additional person. A deposit of just 125 Euros (£100) per week, will secure your holiday with us. This is held as a damage deposit until after your holiday. The payment for your apartment is made 6 weeks before travel. Don't worry we will send you a reminder in good time!
    Booking is easy.
    Simply arrange to transfer the small booking deposit to our U.K. Bank.

  • The bedroom sleeps two people, has large built-in wardrobes, dressing table cabinet with hair-dryer, radio alarm clock, clothes throw, two bedside cabinets with lamps, a heater and a ceiling fan. The sofa bed in the lounge (with screen) sleeps either 1 adult or two small children. Fresh quality bedding is provided. Adjacent to 'Casa Sun' is Paradise Island Hotel which you are very welcome to visit. It has a wonderful Restaurant that serves Breakfast (6€) 8 am to 10 am, Lunch (12€) 1 pm to 3 pm and Diner (12€) 7 pm to 9.30 pm (if you are paying separately) for all you can eat! Lively evening entertainment. Poolside Bar with snacks. Internet access. Main Bar inside the Hotel, Children's play area and pools, a dive pool and a family swimming pool. All day passes (that include all meals, drinks and entertainment) are 20€ per person. The choice is yours, we will give you more information on this special deal in our entertainment guide on arrival. This apartment now has satellite TV.

If/when you can find flights that match, you can go right ahead there and then and book them, safe in the knowledge that your apartment is secure for you already. Book the flight, then confirm with us. (Within 48 hours) If you can't find suitable flights, then just contact us and cancel the pencilled in reservation. (No cost to you).
