This Stylish 'Penthouse' is spacious, fully furnished, well equipped, luxurious, set in the beautiful Old Town of Playa Blanca. A 2 minute walk to the Beach, shops, restaurants, pools. 2 Bedrooms, one has a double bed, the other has 2 singles. Both have plenty of wardrobe space, hair dryers, ceiling cooling fans and bedside clock/radios. Quality bedding is supplied for all. The kitchen is well equipped with crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils & electrical appliances including a microwave, fridge/freezer, cooker, oven/rotisserie, full sized ceramic hob, kettle & toaster. The lounge has a air conditioning, a fan, a 28' TV, DVD and over 500(English) films available. Comfortable suite & coffee table. Large bathroom with bath, shower. Fresh towels are provided. Utility room has washing machine, drying & iron facilities. A 30sq m Terrace with Sun Lounger’s, BBQ and Wooden Table & Chairs. Now installed is a wonderful 4 person HOT TUB/JACUZZI, WOW! Guests return every year. We just get better

Playa Blanca is the most southerly resort on Lanzarote and has many advantages for those who are looking for Sun, Sea and Sand as well as good fish restaurants that generally host the catch of the day. From Playa Blanca's seafront you can see across to Fuerteventura, which is a mere 11 Km by ferry. Ferries cross to the island several times a day from the main harbour. The Penthouse is set back a couple of streets from the front which is populated with a variety of beaches, notably Playa Dorada, Papagayo and Playa Flamingo. Restaurants are in abundance, most of them are very good, one of the best restaurants is just around the corner from the apartment (literary steps away), and we have a welcoming (informational) file and video. On arrival guests will receive a bottle of wine, a basket of fresh fruit, fresh coffee, tea, sugar, salt & pepper, milk and water. You will find the area has a relaxed atmosphere. Visit Galeria Bar for a good beer.

Notes to the rental rates

  • The Penthouse is 450 Euros (approx 365 Sterling) per week, based on two people sharing. Add 100 Euros for an additional person. A deposit of just 125 Euros (£100) per week, will secure your holiday with us. This is held as a damage deposit until after your holiday. The payment for your apartment is made 6 weeks before travel. Don't worry we will send you a reminder in good time!
    Booking is easy.
    Simply arrange to transfer the small booking deposit to our U.K. Bank.

Or do I book the accommodation I like the look of and pray I can get the flights, both ways, to match? Difficult? No, not if do it our way...Read on, we'll make it easy for you...HERE'S HOW:- Check availability with us first. We will then, ON YOUR REQUEST, guarantee to hold a period (or a couple of periods perhaps - to give you more options), for 48 hours, whilst you go search for your flights. If/when you can find flights that match, you can go right ahead there and then and book them, safe in the knowledge that your apartment is secure for you already. Book the flight, then confirm with us. (Within the 48 hours) If you can't find suitable flights, then just contact us and cancel the pencilled in reservation. (No cost to you). We try to make this process easy. Internet access is just around the corner from the apartment.

Firstly a very warm welcome from Brian & Lesley, who own the apartment and maintain that your stay with us will be wonderful; (we go the extra mile). We provide the little things that make all the difference... for example: - plug adaptors for your appliances, tools for the Barbeque etc. You will LOVE staying in this wonderful Penthouse... the atmosphere on the Terrace is fantastic! The accommodation is scrupulously clean! All the linen, bedding and towels are of excellent quality, all guests need to bring are their beach towels. As well as having a safe for any valuables, we also have a Key safe, so that there is no loss of keys when you go out. A trouser press is also provided. Car hire is not necessary or essential, but if you do require a car we can perhaps get it cheaper for you. If you arrive late in the evening and need anything from the shops, we can help you with that as well. We look forward to seeing you.

We have just installed a wonderful, huge, 4 person Hot Tub/Jacuzzi, you will love it. The terrace has occasional tables, barbeque, wooden table and chairs, a large sombrero, sun loungers, trees and beautiful lighting.

Other Activities Paint balling, Camel riding, Go-Karting, Crazy Golf, Children's Playgrounds, live coverage of football matches and a Quiz night at the Local Pub.
