The accommodation is privately owned. It is a spacious one-bedroom apartment situated in Puerto Del Carmen. There is a large patio which has a wind-out awning to give ample shade. It is ideal for sunbathing, or for just sitting quietly with a glass of vino. It is within easy walking distance of the 'Old Town' and Harbour, which is well known for its many fish restaurants. Other shops, supermarkets, restaurants and bars are close by, as are the long sandy beaches of Puerto Del Carmen.

Puerto Del Carmen is one of the most popular resorts in Lanzarote and can be found 20 minutes from Arrecife Airport. It has a six kilometre sea front, with long sandy beaches. There are numerous restaurants within walking distance. The restaurants cater for all types of cuisine - from the local Spanish food (which is a must to try), to Chinese, Japanese, Tai, Indian, Italian and not forgetting, of course, English food. Close by is the Old Town and picturesque Harbour of Puerto Del Carmen, which is well known for its many fish restaurants. There is also a shopping centre where you can buy leather handbags, perfumes, designer clothes, shoes etc. Rancho Texas Theme Park is close by. By day there are birds of prey, sea lions and parrot shows and by night there is an all inclusive Country and Western night where you can eat and drink as much as you like.

  • Above rental rates are for 2 persons. Please add £25 extra for a third person. No charge for children under three. However, there is a small charge of £12 if you wish to hire a cot. The property is booked from 2 p.m. on day of arrival until 10 a.m. on day of departure. This is to allow for cleaning and preparation for other guests.
  • Should this apartment be booked on the dates you require, we have a sister apartment which is found next door to it. Rental prices are the same.
  • Please note if the apartment is booked within 30 days of arrival in Lanzarote, a £30 reduction will be given off the price. Please ask on booking.

Notes: This one bedroom apartment is very spacious. It has a double bedroom, with room for a 'put you up' for a third person/child. The bed is Queen size but can be converted to two singles, if required. There are double fitted wardrobes, bedside cabinets with lighting over. There is a kitchen, with hob, kettle, toaster, fridge with small freezer compartment, and all cooking utensils etc. There is an iron/ironing board. The bathroom has a separate shower cubicle, w.c. and washbasin. The lounge has a comfortable settee and two separate chairs, a small dining table, TV with some English satellite channels, DVD player (some DVDs provided), radio, cd and tape player. There is a very spacious balcony, where there are sunbeds, table, chairs and a nice view to the sea. There is a 'wind-out' awning, creating shade, if necessary. There is a safe provided, free of charge. This is an extremely well maintained complex, with pretty gardens surrounding it.

Puerto Del Carmen: One of the most popular resorts in Lanzarote. The apartment is situated within easy walking distance to restaurants, shops, bars, beach etc, but it is set far enough back to be quiet. Because of this, car hire is not necessary unless, of course, you wish to explore this lovely Island. There are washing machine and tumble dryer facilities on the complex. There is a tennis court close by.

Lanzarote: Approximately 60 miles off the North West Coast of Africa, making it an all year round sunny climate. From the breathtaking views at the most northern tip of the Island, to the golden sandy beaches of the South, whatever you decide to do, there is something for everyone.

A lovely well maintained complex, which was very quiet. Shops, bars, restaurants were close by and, therefore, we didn't need to go to the expense of hiring a car.

The apartment was lovely and clean and nicely furnished. We particularly liked the large patio, with shaded awning feature. We will definitely book later in the year.

The apartment was just great, very well presented and as everyone says the patio is the star of the show. We had good weather if windy, however the patio was lovely and calm. Ideally placed betwen the old and the new town the only problem would be the huge hill to climb for people who have difficulties with walking. It's fine if you take the slalom approach! Spar and other local shops nearby. (lovely warm crusty bread every morning!) The local car hire people were very helful and frienldy and it didnt cost too much to hire a car for 2 days. We got round the whole of the island in this time. Playa Blanca is lovely and I would recommend the little beach at Orzola. Julie and Tony looked after us very well and linens were changed during our 2 week stay. The block is private and there is enough car parking at the front or rear. There is a good stock of books for various tastes in the apartment and some DVD's including classic comedies which we found to be the perfect end to a day! We ate in a few times and the cupboards are well stocked with cooking equipment. The microwave and hobs are enough. Julie left a welcome pack for us which was great arriving as the shops just closed. The apartment file tells you to make yourself at home and that's just how it felt, safe comfortable and fully usable! Thank you for a great holiday. p.s. try the crepes stall outside macdonalds - mmm .p.p.s. the prices for food and drink on the airport are considerable so be prepared!
Finally no timeshare salesmen pestering you in Lanzarote. The island had a very relaxed family appeal.

we have rented this apartment a few times and it is ideally located for both old and new parts of puerto del carmen. we have always been welcomed by julie and co who have made our stay trouble free and pleasurable. lovely and clean apartment with everything you need for your stay, set in well maintained gardens. the balcony is large and catches the sun most of the day. it is close to the supermarkets and many bars and restaraunts.I am sure we will book again in the future.

My husband and I stayed at this apt in the May half term and had a really great time.Lovely clean accomodation with all items that you require when away, with a welcome pack on arrival which was handy as we arrived very late!
All ammenties were within walking distance,supermarkets,restaurants,beach,shops,etc.
We hired a car and travelled around the island and discovered some great private beaches and traditional restaurants good roads and great views.Our fav being the north end of the Island.This island is very pretty and very clean.It was a great holiday and a great property and would definately reccomend it.Thanks
