Privately owned and maintained this very popular spacious one bedroom apartment in Puerto Del Carmen has a large very private patio area, ideal for sunbathing, eating al fresco or simply relaxing enjoying the seaview and sipping a drink or two. A short walk takes you to the Old Town, famous for its fish restaurants and friendly bars, various cuisine from around the world and biosphere shopping centre, Spar and Netto supermarkets within 2 minutes walk. Other bars and shops are nearby, as are the 6 kilometres of sandy beaches in the New Town Local and Island wide bus services are close by.

Puerto Del Carmen one of the most popular resorts has recently undergone extensive improvements along its seafront promenades with upgraded facilities on its beaches. Restaurants and bars offering cuisine from all over the world are in abundance, from local Canarian dishes to Asian delights. Nearby is the Biosphere shopping centre with its many stores including world renowned Zaras, Prada and also designer shoe and accessory stores. Rancho Texas theme park and zoo are close by with activities by day and country and western shows by night. An 18 hole golf course has recently opened and is 5 minutes away from apartment.

  • Rental rates are for two persons only. Please add 30 Pounds for an additional person. No charge for children under three years old. However, there is a small charge of 15 Euro's if you wish to hire a cot.
  • The property is booked from 2 p.m. on day of arrival until 10 a.m. on day of departure. This is to allow for cleaning and preparation for other guests.

    We can arrange to pick you up from the Airport at a cost of 15 Euros each way. Please let us know if you would like this facility when you book your holiday.

The lounge has comfortable seating, a small dining table. a spacious balcony, where there are sun beds, table, chairs and nice views to the sea. Puerto Del Carmen: is one of the most popular resorts in Lanzarote. The apartment is situated within easy walking distance to restaurants, shops, bars, beach etc. but it is set far enough back to be quiet. Because of this, car hire is not necessary unless, of course, you wish to explore this lovely Island.

Lanzarote: lies approximately 60 miles off the North West Coast of Africa, making it an all year round sunny climate. From the breathtaking views at the most northern tip of the Island, to the golden sandy beaches of the South, whatever you decide to do, there is something for everyone.

We had a most memorable holiday, the apartment was very nicely furnished and the area was very quiet, the shops and bars were within a five minute walk. We were able to use the pool in the neighbouring complex which was only a three minute walk away. And the Old Town was only a 15 minute walk with its abundance of shops bars and restaurants. All in all it was a very pleasant holiday and we anticipate returning again next year. Mrs Reeve Essex.
