La Penita is a privately owned, spacious one bedroom apartment situated in one of the best locations in Puerto Del Carmen. It is a short walk to the sea front, yet it is away from the more lively area, affording it a quiet position on a very popular complex. It is one of two apartments which are situated on this complex, making them ideal for two families who wish to holiday together, but also wanting their own independence. La Penita is a quality complex, attractively designed in low-rise style which offers a large swimming pool, sunbathing terraces with sunbeds and tennis court, for which equipment may be hired. There is a small bar/cafe on the complex.

Puerto Del Carmen is one of the most popular resorts in Lanzarote and can be found 15 minutes from Arrecife Airport. It has a six kilometre sea front, with numerous sandy beaches. The front has many bars and restaurants, catering for all tastes. Originally a small fishing village, it has become one of the most popular holiday destinations in the Canary Islands.

Notes: This apartment has been totally refitted and refurbished to a very high standard, with balcony overlooking gardens and views to the sea. The balcony has two chairs and a table, as well as a clothes dryer. The lounge has a colour TV, offering satellite channels, a video recorder, DVD player, CD player, radio and tape recorder and two comfortable chairs. There are DVD's and videos supplied for your entertainment. There is an American style kitchen which is well equipped with microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge/small freezer, full cooker and hob, and washing machine. The bedroom has two single beds, plenty of wardrobe and drawer space, bedside cabinets, clock/radio and a safe. The bathroom is tiled throughout and includes shower, wc and hand basin. One hand and one bath towel per person is provided.
