Spacious 2 bed split level apartment
This spacious apartment has sensational sea views offering good level of accommodation. It is in a central location within a few minutes walk of fabulous golden beaches, bars, restaurants and shops. On the upper floor there is a very well equipped, open plan kitchen and dining area. The raised living room is comfortably furnished and leads out to the terrace via large patio doors. There is also a cloakroom and utility room on this level. An open plan staircase leads down to the bedrooms. A partial glass ceiling and internal garden area add to the light, spacious feeling. The extremely generous bedrooms are both en-suite and have ample wardrobe space. The master bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bath, overhead shower, bidet and a double basin. There is plenty of space for a put-up bed in this room for a fifth person. The second bedroom has twin beds and an ensuite bathroom.

The Colony Club is centrally located in Puerto Del Carmen and is a few minutes walk to the picturesque old harbour. A pathway from the apartments leads directly down to the bustling main street and the plethora of bars, shops and restaurants the resort has to offer. The main beach of Puerto del Carmen is also only a two minute walk away. The Fariones Sports Club is also an easy five minute walk away where guests can enjoy aerobics classes, use the gym or hire a tennis court. Services: There is a weekly maid service. Car Requirements: A car is not considered essential for this property.
