This web page shows you details of our holiday home for friends and family in lanzarote. This spacious apartment has sensational sea views offering a good level of accommodation. It is in a central location within a few minutes walk of fabulous golden beaches, bars, restaurants and shops. On the upper floor there is a very well equipped, open plan kitchen and dining area. The raised living room is comfortably furnished and leads out to the terrace via large patio doors. There is also a cloakroom and utility room on this level. An open plan staircase leads down to the bedrooms. A partial glass ceiling and internal garden area add to the light, spacious feeling. The extremely generous bedrooms are both en-suite and have ample wardrobe space. The master bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bath, overhead shower, bidet and a double basin. There is plenty of space for a put-up bed in this room for a fifth person. The second bedroom has twin beds and an en suite bathroom

The Colony Club is centrally located in Puerto Del Carmen and is a few minutes walk to the picturesque old harbour. A pathway from the apartments leads directly down to the bustling main street and the plethora of bars, shops and restaurants the resort has to offer. The main beach of Puerto del Carmen is also only a two minute walk away. The Fariones Sports Club is also an easy five minute walk away where guests can enjoy aerobics classes, use the gym or hire a tennis court. Services: There is a weekly maid service. Car Requirements: A car is not considered essential for this property.

We rented this apartment for 11days as we wanted to see the carnival. It was ideally situated for this, being within easy walking distance of the Old Town and the seafront. We found it clean,well-equipped,with huge en-suite bedrooms and spacious wardrobes, a lovely big balcony from which we could see the sea (and actually saw whales/dolphins?) and watch the sun setting over the mountains.The glass ceiling and indoor ' garden' made it a refreshing change from other places we've stayed.It is in a gated complex which is kept spotlessly clean- the maids & gardener were always working. There were ample sunbeds round the pools. We had a car and parking was easy, and free, at the entrance to the complex. I wouldn't hesitate to go back there.

We are a family of four and this was our third year staying in the apt. On each visit the apt/complex has improved and we have got to know some of the neighbours who are very friendly. The apt is very spacious with 2 large bedrooms both ensuite which is very handy after a day at the beach. Centrally located for both the beach & the restaurants, yet peaceful & relaxing. Have no hesitation recommending it to friends! We'll be back again!'

Apartment is very spacious and bright, although could do with a little TLC. This is a residential site (confirmed by local letting agent in Puerto del Carmen) and we WERE NOT informed of this when we made booking.

A family on the complex however made this very clear and were very hostile towards us which resulted in us NOT being able to use the pool for the duration of our holiday!!
We were a party of 4 (2 middleaged couples who wanted a quiet get away)

In hindsite if you did want to book this holiday, I supppose you could say you were a relative of the owner??
Owner's Response: glad to hear that you found the apartment bright and spacious.this is a residential complex however we do rent under the family and friends option and have never had any problems in the six years we have had the apartment you will appreciate that we can have no control
over the behaviour of other residents or guests.
