This superb luxury large one bedroom apartment with ensuite shower room and ceiling fans is part of a large villa. It has an excellent lounge/dining area with sat TV (BBC & ITV), DVD and CD player. A fully fitted kitchen with dish washer, washing machine, and hob & oven The outside patio area has a large covered section for Al Fresco eating with steps down to the sunbathing and pool area which is for exclusive use of the clients. The pool measures 10m by 5m. There is an easy to use gas BQ.This holiday, which is for couples only, would appeal to those people who want to relax during the day but with Puerto del Carmen only five minutes away by car with its many restaurants and bars each offers the best of both worlds. There is on site management. Welcome pack provided in each property.Robes /beach towels supplied. The villa is situated just outside Puerto del Carmen in the village of Tias with a fine selection of bars and restaurants but its position is in a quiet area predominately spanish. It is very easy to travel anywhere from the villa so you can explore our lovely Island. The beaches are ten minutes drive away.

Lovely villa

We have just got back from a week in Lanzarote, this villa was fantastic, huge amount of space, very clean and well maintained. The double bed really comfy.
A home from home with all that is required, great outdoor area and the pool was fantastic on hot day.
I would recommend the pool heating if not visiting in summer months.
There is even a TV with sky on the patio so that you can enjoy a glass of wine outside in the evening and still wach your favourite programmes, the kitchen fully equiped and a lovely welcome pack arrange by Joanne which included essentials of bread, milk etc even beer !
Shops, supermarket restaurants and bus route within 10 - 15 mins walking distance at Tias centre, beach at Puerto del carmen about 10 mins drive. We had a car so it wasn't a hassle and we used the pool more than the beach.
The villa is in a semi rural area and the spanish tend to keep an array of animals in their gardens including cats, dogs, chickens and roosters so there were some animal sounds.
Also the owners have a number of cats which make themselves at home on the patio, not good for anyone with a dislike of cats but they didn't bother us much as we just shooed them away.
The owners totally respected our privacy and we were not disturbed at all but they were within reach if we had any queries.
We had a lovely time and would definately return.

Relaxing Hoilday

We have just come back from a great holiday in Tias what great hosts of Jo and Fred are and what a fantastic property everything you need just like home from home and a great welcome private pool and bbq was the icing on the cake, we did not have a car but you are not far from the town supermarkets, resturants, bank, taxi and bus service all are excellent about 20 minute stroll which we found no problem,we must say that for us everything was perfect and say a big thank you to Jo and Fred we will see you again in 2010 hopefully.
