The apartment consists of a large three piece lounge, with a dining table & 4 chairs, French doors lead it onto a tiled patio with garden table, chairs & sun loungers. A fully furnished kitchen with all utensils, cutlery & crockery is also situated amongst the premise. Both rooms have 2 beds with large fitted wardrobes and shuttered windows. Bedroom 1 opens its secured windows to the poolside where as bedroom 2 opens to a small patio back garden. The apartment is situated two or three minutes walk from the old town and a further five or six minutes away is the new town and seafront. In both towns you will find restaurants, bars, supermarkets, shops & banks. Discos will be found in the new town. In the apartment you will find maps on the wall showing places of interest on the island and on the notice board above the breakfast bar is all the information you will need regarding the apartment. all bedding and towels are supplied and laundered every Thursday morning.

My girlfriend and I spent 2 weeks in Lanzarote at this little known treasure, situated in Puerto Del Carmen (old town).
We couldn't have asked for a more peaceful setting.
It was a perfect distance as not to be bombarded by the pleasant night-life, but close enough to be enjoyed within a short walk.
The surroundings were a treat! Great commerce, friendly pubs & delicious food!

We thoroughly enjoyed taking dips in the private pool, offset by tanning under a blazing Mediterranean sun!

We came back bronzed, relaxed & simply gitty. Can't wait to go back!

Highly recommended.

Stayed here for a week with friends, the food by the harbour is beautiful. Apartment is nicely furnished with all amenities and good swimming pool, 3/4 minutes from old + new town nightlife, some bars in Old Town have all the football on big screen etc. Had a great week here and will definitely be returning.

We really love this island! Great weather and so many restaurants to choose from. Apartment is ideally situated between Old and New Towns, yet far away enough for peace and quiet. Apartment is simply furnished, with everything you need during your stay. Have stayed here many times over the last 13 years, and have always enjoyed our stay. looking forward to our next visit.

What a friendly complex. Facilities were good with prompt help from service manager on the one occasion we needed it.
The location is great for those who dont want to be 'on top' of the action, but easy to walk 5-10 minutes to all the bars/restaurants.
we had great weather even in November.

went in dec, had great weather, appt clean and accurately described . perfect location for poolside sunbathing with great view over pool , looking out to fuerteventura .plenty of good restuarants in the old town area , and top nite- life along the strip . all in all great holiday for not much money
