Superb apartment with excellent views

Just enjoyed a thoroughly nice holiday in this superb apartment with excellent views over the old town and port area of puerto del carmen.
Well appointed apartment with all youd ever need on a self catering holiday.
lovely terrace that enjoys sun most of the day. Really handy parking spot for cars too just outside the front door.
Pool lovely and warm and well maintained just right for a late afternoon dip after sightseing or shoopping .
Reception very well organised and handy for booking trips etc but if you want the persoanl touch see Bernie at the pool bar and he,ll book restaurants and any other things you may need on your stay.
Trips, Timanfaya is a must although get there after2pm to avoid the traffic jam up the mountain!!!!
Jameos del agua is a great place to see the volcanoes married to cesar manriques love all things arty and it was is house as well!!
Submarine safari from puero calero is exceptional quite expensive but well worth the 100ft dive under the atlantic ocean.
Eating out
Emmas Cantina about 400meters from the apartment is the No1 restaurant in the canaries according to the trip adviser guide superb mexican food with a very friendly atmosphere.. but book 3 days in advance!!
Marios bottom of the steps from hell (youll know when you see them!) turn right next to the spar! Quiet and unassuming italian with excellent food and unrivalled old world charm.
Drinking out
It seems like most of ireland has upsticks and moved to the port area!!
Hence best pub goes to Rare Auld Times .Irish Craic at its best but dont get there before midnight and give our regards to Nuala !!
Jimmys bar next to the biosfera in town . Lovely old bar up some steps and with Brendan James singing (winner of RTES search for a star)
guaranteed a great night
Indian American bar in downtown puerto del carmen onthe avenida de playas. Briliant rock music how it should be played in the open air good cocktails too!
Lastly try The Music Hall tavern! its like funny girls in Blackpool but a bit funnier.
All in all a great place to stop you can have the quietest or noisiest holiday you want all for a 5 euro taxi ride!
