Both these 2 bed self-catering apartments have been tastefully refurbished and are set in an elevated position, commanding spectacular, uninterrupted views of the harbour area, mountains and across to Fuerteventura, on a well maintained and ideally situated complex of about 40 apartments, with heated swimming pool, a sun bathing terrace and a pool bar from where you can enjoy the stunning views whilst partaking of refreshments and light meals. The Reception from where guests can book car hire and excursions, access the Internet and rent safety deposit boxes, has multi-lingual staff. The apartments have large, comfortable lounges leading onto south facing, exceptionally spacious sunny terraces and are equipped with satellite TV, DVD, and CD players. Both master bedrooms have double beds and TV/DVD The kitchens have been refitted and are well equipped, also the bathrooms have been stylishly refurbished. Both apartments are enhanced by attractive, tropical internal gardens.

C13 is an end terrace bungalow in the quietest position on the complex and benefits from one of the largest terraces. This privately owned, two bedroom apartment which sleeps four comfortably, has one double bedded room with king size bed, TV/video and doors leading onto terrace and a twin bedded room. Both bedrooms have fans. The comfortable lounge is equipped with leather sofas, fan, satellite TV, video DVD and radio-cassette-CD player, leading onto a south facing, spacious terrace which enjoys sunshine throughout the day. The terrace is the ideal spot from which to enjoy a meal al fresco, take in the spectacular views and sunsets, or sunbath in private.The kitchen has been refitted and includes a large fridge/freezer, microwave, conventional oven, hob and coffee maker. The bathroom has also been refurbished and comprises WC, corner entry shower, basin in vanity unit which houses a washing machine.The attractive and unusual interior garden enhances the ambiance of this apartment.

The nearest sandy beach is a leisurely ten minute walk and the lively, main resort of Puerto del Carmen which offers 5km of golden sandy beaches, much shopping, a wide variety of places to eat and drink, night clubs and casino, is a further five minutes. For golfers, a brand new 18 hole course has just opened at nearby Tias (2008) just a five minute taxi ride. Whether you are looking for relaxation or activity and sightseeing, these well appointed apartments provide the perfect base from which to explore this beautiful island, enjoy the year-round sunshine and take in the spectacular views.

Golf Information: A brand new 18 hole golf course has just opened in nearby Tias - a five minute taxi ride away. Golf is also available in Teguise - approximatey a 15 minute drive.

Airport Transfer: The apartments are only a 10 minute drive/taxi ride from the airport. The cost of a taxi is approximately 15 euros (depending on number of people). Directions in both English and Spanish and a map will be given with booking information.

Lovely apartment which was very well equiped and clean with lovely terrace and views. Were thankful for library of books, DVD's , videos and heater as the weather was unsettled. Complex and pool was very clean with supermarket just across the road. We were there for the carnival which was amazing.

We thought the apartment was great, clean, well maintained and nicely furnished, and that was just the interior. The balcony was large, nicely furnished and the views, they were awesome! no sooner had we arrived we all felt relaxed and at home. It's a great complex with a friendly bar run by Bernie, a great character who made us feel very welcome, oh and well fed. There are also plenty of good restaurants within walking distance, you can be spoilt for choice. I would definately recommend this apartment and we hope to be returning in 2009, fingers crossed. Thanks for a great holiday.

Stunning apartment, home from home comforts.
Situated in an ideal location, lovely and peaceful and a beautiful view, sat on the balcony watching the sun set, what more could you ask for !

This is our 7th year now ! and we didnt think the appartment could possibly improve but having the new walk in shower is "The cherry on the cake" Our family feel so safe on the complex and the island it now feels like our second home ! and the home comforts of your appartment and your attention to detail is so appreciated. Lovely Lago Verde

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at no 13 in lago verde.
From the minute we arrived we felt at home. The apartment was bright and spacious and absolutely fantastic 180 degree views of the sea from the balcony.
The apartment was equipped with everything we needed.
The complex was great, very clean and the pool was lovely. Everyone at the complex was very friendly especially Bernie in the pool bar, who had great barbeque's each Saturday night!

Near the Lago Verde is a centre that has a well stock supermarket, English pubs that serve good food and Mario's a lovely Italian restaurant.

The complex is situated in the best part of Puerto del Carmen within walking distance of the harbour and all its lovely restaurants. We recommend El Ancla and El Parmigiana (near the Fariones sport complex)

I would 100% recommend this apartment and we are going to come back in 2009 if not sooner!
