These villas are situated in beautifully landscaped gardens around a large heated swimming pool. The villas face south and have a pergola covered sun terrace and private, pretty garden with patio furniture, sun loungers and a barbeque. They are single storey bungalow style with spacious lounge and dining area and are extremely well equipped for self catering. Inside they are furnished to a very high standard and are light and spacious with ceramic tiled floors throughout. Both villas have TV, cd/cassette player, washing machine and microwave and we provide a complimentary welcome food pack. Las Brisas also has two floodlit tennis courts, a bar, shop and restaurant, a childrens playground and a games room and a heated paddling pool, as well as the superb swimming pool. The village of Playa Blanca and the village beach is just a short stroll away. It has many delightful shops, a wide choice of restaurants – many beachfronts with sea views – and a harbour offering boat trips.

This semi-detached villa is ideally situated, close to the pool. The front doors lead in to the spacious open plan living area. The lounge has 2 comfortable 3 seater sofas and 2 armchairs and is equipped with a colour television with SKY TV, video player with wide choice of videos, a CD/cassette/radio and a book library. The fully fitted kitchen has a full size cooker, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, juicer and coffee-maker and is very well equipped with crockery and utensils. It has a washing machine and there is an iron, ironing board and clothes airer. The master bedroom has a double bed with en-suite bathroom with bath, shower, toilet and washbasin whilst the second and third bedrooms have twin beds. There is a wall safe for valuables and a hairdryer. The separate bathroom has a bath, shower, bidet, toilet and washbasin. All bedrooms are large with comfortable beds with sprung mattresses and ample wardrobes with hanging space, storage and coat hangers

Playa Blanca is a beautiful fishing village in the South of Lanzarote, with pretty whitewashed houses and shops along a pedestrianised road where you can shop for attractive gifts, clothes and food. The views from Playa Blanca are always stunning, over the sparkling blue sea to the island of Fuerteventura, or across to the beaches at Papagayo. There are no high-rise buildings and the atmosphere is warm, friendly and family oriented. There is a choice of three golden, sandy beaches to walk to, as well as the superb and more remote Papagayo beaches a short drive away. The village has a variety of excellent restaurants, a few bars, some supermarkets, shops and banks. The little harbour at Playa Blanca not only acts as host to visiting yachtsmen and the local fishermen, but is also the main terminal for the frequent, daily ferry service to the neighbouring island of Fuerteventura. There are also several boat trips to the Papagayo beaches and the nature reserve island of Los Lobos.

Notes: If necessary, up to eight people can be accommodated with the use of additional folding beds and we can also hire further cots and high chairs. You enter the front garden by a gate. It is mainly tiled and has sun loungers, patio furniture, and a barbeque. The outdoor cupboard usually has plenty of buckets, spades and inflatables. We provide a complimentary welcome food pack for your arrival. Towels and linen are provided and changed weekly and the villa is cleaned at the end of each week. This villa also has mosquito blinds and window bars enabling you to have the windows comfortably open at night. There are also fans.

A fantastic villa in a great location. Perfect for families with small children. Cot and high chair available and many other thoughtful 'baby/children friendly' items such as DVDs, videos, plastic bowls, plates, spoons etc. Clean, modern and comfortable with many extras to make your stay all the more like a home away from home. A stones throw to the complex pool and walking distance to the village and beach where there are a multitude of wonderful restaurants to choose from as well as a great variety of supermarkets. A great private terrace area with BBQ and outdoor furniture - a must in the lovely sunshine!! Lanzarote was great with enough to see to be interesting and of course lovely beaches for relaxing and keeping the kids amused. We had such a great time we are returning this summer to the same villas (something we rarely do)! Thanks Kate!!
