2 Bedroom semi-detached bungalow in a quiet residential estate in Playa Blanca. Very close to town centre, shops, bars, restaurants and the sea-front. Beautifully furnished to a very high standard, offered for long-term rental or holiday let to couples and families only. Definitely NOT for singles or those wishing to party into the small hours.

The Villa is situated close to the heart of this delightful village in the South of Lanzarote. The shops, bars, restaurants and beaches are all within a short walk. There is a sea view over the bay to the outstandingly beautiful beaches of Papagayo, which are only a short drive away, or why not make a real day of it and take a water taxi from the near-by harbour? Here you can also take a ferry to the neighbouring island of Fuerteventura. The incredible volcanoes of Timanfya are also within easy reach, as are most of Lanzarote's other attractions.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Prices are for 2 people sharing the villa. Add a further £25 per person up to 5. 6th child under 10 stays free. Deposit of £100 required 12 weeks before arrival or on booking if less than 12 weeks before. Balance payable 6 weeks before departure. Long term rates £625 per month minimum 3 months.
  • For holiday letting, security deposit of £100 required on payment of balance. This will be returned following satisfactory inspection of the property.
    Long term lets require 1 month's rent deposit.
  • Initial deposit is non returnable. No refunds for cancellation less than 4 weeks before arrival.
