Two spacious bungalows set in beautiful gardens on a small secure, gated community offering all modern conveniences including satellite TV and DVD but at a sensible price. The delightful and newly refurbished pool is 25 metres from your private garden gate. Dine or sunbathe on your own garden terrace whilst enjoying the tranquility of the area. A 50 metre stroll takes you to the harbour where colourful fishing boats land their daily catch and the ferry can whisk you across to Fuerteventura in just 12 minutes. With a supermarket, banks and restaurants also just 50 metres from your door, you can nip out and be enjoying a delicious bottle of wine on your terrace within 5 minutes and probably all for less than £3. Being in such an excellent location also means you are within five minutes walk of both Playa Blanca beach and Flamingo beach - the choice is yours.

This villa offers everything you could possibly need for a relaxed holiday in the beautiful resort of Playa Blanca. Two spacious bedrooms sleep 4/5 with ease whilst the comfy leather sofas allow for evenings in watching satellite TV or one of the DVDs/videos from the collection provided. A ceiling fan in the sitting room cools you during the warm summer evenings and free standing fans are supplied for both bedrooms. French doors open on to a large terrace where you can sip a glass of wine or dine al fresco. A real sun trap, the terrace is ideal for sunbathing although shade is also provided. Centrally located in the real Playa Blanca, this villa is ideal for those not wishing to drive as shops and entertainment are available within 2 minutes walk. Despite being so central, the community is beautifully quiet with no music or passing traffic to disturb you. Situated in a cul-de-sac of just 4 properties you can also park directly outside if you decide to hire a car.

We stayed at this property for a week in early February 2009. We were blessed with excellent weather. We highly recommend this property. Firstly the owner provided excellent customer service and communication. The description was accurate. The location was perfect for a family of four with two young children. Approximately a 2 minute walk to a large Spar shop, the harbour and about 10 minute walk to a superb beach. The sun terrace at the property was fabulous and safe for young children. Although the swimming pool on the complex was very cold, however we put this down to time of year. We will definitely be going back

Excellent value for money

Numero Uno - Quiet location but still near plenty of shops etc. Well furnished and all equipment etc working. Patio area has sunshine from mid/late morning to late afternoon. Owner provided lots of helpful information by email and post.

perfect family relaxation

A return visit to Las Terracitas, this time to Tres Hermanas. It was the perfect place for a family winter sun break - very relaxing and easy. The bungalow is very spacious and the children loved playing in the garden and the short walk to Playa Flamingo. We'd love to go back!

Home from home in the sun.

Once again we have had a wonderful, relaxing time in our home from home at number 3. There is everything you will need in this beautiful little bungalow. We loved the new soft furnishings and the terrace furniture.
It is hard to realise you are only a few minutes walk from the harbour as it is so quiet in this friendly gated community. The terrace is a great suntrap.
We can't wait to return.

Excellent apartment, fantastic location

My family (stayed at number 3) and my friend's family (stayed at number 1) all had an excellent week in Sam and Therese's apartments in Playa Blanca.

Both apartments were exactly as described, well appointed, cool construction and basically a home from home.

We were a 5 minute stroll to the beautiful Playa Flamingo beach, a 2 minute stroll to the supermarket and bank and a 4 minute stroll to the harbour and main promenade.

We have no hesitation in recommending both these apartments and we will certainly return at some point in the near future.
