The luxurious accommodation of Casa Zoe is all on ground level. It is situated on a quiet and private complex surrounded by beds of plants and trees. The front terrace overlooks the two pools and is large enough to offer you privacy and seclusion for sunbathing on one of four sun loungers or eating al fresco at the outside table using the barbecue. Stairs from the ground floor terrace lead to the roof terrace which has views out to sea and across to Fuerventura. From the front terrace glass doors open into a large, light and airy sitting/dining room. Beautifully furnished to the owners standard (and far above the average holiday let!) with dining table/ chairs, sideboard with Satellite TV, DVD player and CD/Tape Radio player. A large settee, two armchairs and a glass coffee table. Glass door from here to lobby, bathroom and the two bedrooms. Separate kitchen with plenty of cupboards/work surfaces. Large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, grill and microwave.

A ten minute stroll from Casa Zoe takes you to the beautiful and exclusive Puerto Calero marina. Private and secluded, this marina harbours all sizes of yachts and boats, some of which are available for hire or offering excursions such as sailing, jet skiing, deep sea fishing and diving. There are also trips on the catamaran taking you out for a swim in the sea and a ride on a jet ski. There is even a real submarine to take a dive in! There is a wonderful selection of bars and restaurants offering everything from Italian cuisine to Chinese, local Canarian dishes, freshly caught fish, roasts, barbecues, pizzas all overlooking the waterfront. On the marina there is a small but well stocked supermarket open 7 days a week from 8am to 8pm, however on the complex is a cafe/bar, mini supermarket open early for fresh rolls and drinks! Notes: From the front terrace a walkway takes you to the main swimming pool surrounded by sun loungers and a poolside shower. To one side is the children's pool. So has to make your stay more enjoyable and to lessen the load in your cases Casa Zoe provides Pool side towels! Also on the complex is a childrens play area. A cafe/bar/ mini supermarket is also on the complex, ideal for fresh bread in the morning! or a quick snack at lunchtime! The owners are very friendly and helpful. The cafe also offers internet connection. Casa Zoe also contains all the usual appliances for daily comfort! i.e. Kettle, coffee maker, toaster, iron and ironing board.

Golf-Costa Tequise-18 holes lovingly watered and bunkers of black sand. Papagayo Beaches- six coves of gold sand in a sheltered corner, safe bathing Timanfaya National Park-fantastic area of lava fields and volcanoes all formed during eruptions of 1730. Absolute must for first timers! Horse Riding-Lanzarote a Caballo also offers Camel Rides. Fundacion Cesar Manrique-home of world-renowned architect, abstract artist and sculptor, is another must to visit even if contempary art not your 'thing' Nightlife-Puerto del Carmen,5km from Casa Zoe. Bars, discos, nightclubs,cafes, restuarants and shops fill the 6km seafront road. Beautiful, peaceful and classy holiday location

We really enjoyed our holiday week staying at Casa Zoe. The apartment is really well furnished and has everything you could need in the kitchen (unlike many other holiday apartments I've stayed in!) and is extremely clean and well-maintained. Jenny - you made us feel so welcome and really looked after us. Thank you.
The complex is stunning, with a very clean pool only about 10 metres away from the apartment front door. The pool area is very quiet which was great as it felt like our own private pool at times!
The resort of Puerto Calero is very impressive too, with a beautiful marina with plenty of restaurants, cafes and bars to keep you entertained in the evenings, and has a very high class feel to it.
Overall, Casa Zoe is a great holiday apartment for couples and small families/groups looking for good quality holiday accomodation in a good quality resort. We'll definitely be returning soon!

To me, part a holiday, is to feel relaxed with no worries and to be able to enjoy the days in the knowledge that help in any way is on hand.

Casa Zoe - as described!

Hi Jennifer, Just to let you know we had a really good relaxed 2 week holiday at Casa Zoe. As described, the accommodation is certainly above average for self catering and served as a good base for exploring and walking the coastal paths. As this was our first holiday in Lanzarote to travel independently from the tour operators, we were a liitle cautious but will consider this a good option in the future. The Marina is also a great place to dine in an evening with a very relaxed and quiet atmosphere which was just what we wanted. Will definitely consider returning. Thanks again,

Just what we needed.

We were extremely impessed with Casa Zoe. Immaculately clean, excellently equipped, light and airy and for the two of us spacious. It was quiet, easily accessible to the facilities of Puerto Calero yet also close to the country for our walks. We really needed a restful break and we got one and came home refreshed. The owner could not have been more charming and helpful and we are both grateful for all she did to make our stay so pleasant. We look forward already to next year.

1)Description of property accurate,and amenities great.
2)Property was clean and well maintained,and customer service was excellent,from being picked up at the airport to getting back to the airport after our stay.
3)The area was very quiet,with the local harbour excellent for all types of restaurants,and lively bars,without being too noisy.
4)We would certainly recommend to a freind,and hope to go back again in 2009.
5)There is a small local supermarket on the complex,which provides a good service of most needs,and being disabled,helped us back to the bungalow with a shop so the people were very freindly.Aso provide evening entertainment,and the snacks were very enjoyable.
