The bungalow is situated on a very nice quiet complex of 10 bungalows ilocated within 5 minutes drive from Arrecife Airport .in a lovely location. Matagorda is an ideal location just a few minutes walk from the beach with a variety of shops,bars and restaurants. The Bungalow is also wheelchair friendly. The complex has an adult pool and seperate children's pool with sun terrace south facing. The property sleeps 4 adults and also has sofa bed in the living area. There is satellite TV, fitted kitchen,dining area, hob, microwave oven, fridge kettle and toaster. Full bathroom. The busy resort of Puerto Del carmen is just minutes away by taxi. The complex is very well maintained and enjoys a quiet relaxing location. The promenade of Matagoda is pedestrianised and an ideal location for walking and cycling and leads all the way to Arrecife. Bicycles are available for hire locally.

Lovely Apartment Great Location

We Have just got back from our 2 weeks stay in this Lovely apartment in Matagorda the apartment is situated in a lovely surrounding where everything is at hand the beach is a 5min walk away with the bars & restaurants been the same there is a small supermarket across the road which is ideal for fresh bread & milk and many other things its also ideal for the short carry of those big tubs of water, the main spar is in the centre were the bars & restaurants are and is a little bit cheaper. The apartment is very clean spacious & comfortable and has everything you need to make your holiday wonderful & pleasant. The pool area is spacious and lots of room for sun bathing the swimming pools are great we spent many late evenings in the pool watching the sun go down after 7pm.

This is our 3rd time in Lanzarote and this is the best apartment we have stayed in by far, we will definitely be visiting here again.

Holidays in the sun and lovely food

l stayed at the sunseekers in july 2009 and a great time ,the bungalow was lovely and to very high standard it had everything you would want for a family holiday or just as a couple.lt was very close to the bars and restaurants which is great when the weather was so hot(not far walk home on the evening).All the sightseeing trips had pick up points just 2 mins walk away so visiting places around lanzarote was made so much easier.l have enquired about booking again for next year,just one more thing the booking is very secure and communations between the owner and client are 100%.
