This spacious and comfortable 1 bedroom bungalow is situated in a peaceful complex with well maintained gardens.The lounge is newly furnished and also has a tv with BBC1 & 2, CH 4 & 5, ITV & RTE. There is a dvd player with dvds and also lots of books available. The kitchen has everything you require - including oven, microwave and washing machine.Bathroom with walk-in marble shower and hair dryer. Spacious twin bedroom with 3/4 beds and mirrored wardrobes with plenty of storage space & hangers. For security there is a safe. Outside there is a lovely sunny terrace with garden furniture. A communal pool with separate children's pool, and padded sunbeds for added comfort. Playa Parks is in a peaceful area of Los Pociillos with the beach less than 5 minutes away. A 10 minute stroll takes you to the start of the main strip, with many bars, restaurants and shops. It is a peaceful complex in a lovely area of Puerto del Carmen yet only a short walk from the nightlife of the main Avenida.

Playa Park Bungalows are in the best location in Puerto Del Carmen.Turn Right from the Bungalow towards the many restaurants, bars and shops on the main Puerto Del Carment strip, where you will find something to suit all tastes. Alternatively the peaceful area of Los Pocillos and Matagorda is just 10 minutes away, with the largest beach in Lanzarote. Only a 15 minute drive from the airport a taxi will cost you €15 and when you wish to explore there is plenty to see in both the 'new' and 'old' town of Puerto Del Carmen

Notes: Peaceful and secluded, ideal for couples and anyone who wants to 'get away from it all'. Nicely furnished comfortable bungalow with everything you require for an enjoyable stay. Washing machine, iron and ironing board - unfortunatly it still has to be done!! Lots of books and dvd's for an evening at 'home'. There is a hair dryer and we also supply beach towels. We are resident on the Island. Long term residents welcome - enquire regarding rates.

very relaxing holiday

We stayed for 10 days at the playa park bungalows and had a relaxing holiday. It had everything we needed, the beach towels provided were useful to. There was plenty of books, magazines, dvds etc and it was well maintained and very clean. It is on a small complex with a nice pool area. It was in the quieter end of town but not to far to walk to the restaurants and beaches. We would definitely consider re-booking again in the future. Very good value for money. Thank-you for letting us stay in your bungalow.

Thank you for letting us rent your lovely bungalow for a week. Me and my best friend went for a relaxing holiday to get away from our busy jobs. The accommodation is comfortable and very well equipped. There were even cocktail mixer sticks! Description on website is just as described. If you are going for a mad one its not suitable you need to be nearer the strip. I'd say its about a 15 minute walk through the Urbanization to the start of the Strip (longer when you are drunk back to the apartment) but taxis are plentiful. Pool and grounds are very clean and tidy and have a really relaxed atmosphere. Just wish I was back there now. Thanks for a holiday to remember it was lush. xx

Perfect place for relaxation

We have just returned from alovely relaxing week at playa park bungalows.The complex is small,well maintained and has a nice pool area.The bungalow has a very well equipped kitchen and is just like home from home.We found the washing machine and dvds especially useful, also credit to the lady who cleans,it was spotless.I would recommend this bungalow to anyone who wants a relaxing holiday but within easy walking distance of the shops,restaurants and the beach.We will be returning,hopefully for a longer stay.

Bungalow puerto del carmen

Location was great for us just outside main front 2 mins walk to beach 5 mins walk to shops / restaurants etc Bungalow was very clean / pool area lovely with very comfy loungers. Nice terrace to sit out. The complex is quiet and well cared for. Welcome pack with coffee and tea was nice. We especially enjouyed the lovely walks 45mins flat walk to old town / 20 mins to new town 20 mins to Matagorda and you could then wal to airport boundary and on to Arrecife. There are some nice restartants nearby and beaches are good. Taxis are cheap 3euros to Old Town and 12euros to airport
