luxury 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa stlyle bungalow completed 2003 in the gated and walled development of vistas del mar off C. Togio It is in a raised position overlooking the sea with beautiful sea views, close to the Old Town of Puerto del Carmen, convenient to the beaches and night life. It is very private end of terrace and in a quiet location. Full sky package is installed on TV. Accommodation consists of lounge with 3 and 2 seater sofa diner with table for 6, well equipped kitchen with dishwasher washingmachine and drying area. It is furnished and equipped to a high standard to ensure comfort and reliability. The swimming pool is heated to 28 degrees C. and surrounded by a large terrace with sun loungers and mattresses. An awning over the terrace have been added for shade in summer. It also has a patio table and chairs and a portable barbecue. Along with the washing machine it also has an iron, hairdryer, toaster. Pedro is located in middle of middle row so is peaceful.

I have been to this villa twice and really cannot fault it. The location is perfect. A short walk into town to all of the restaurants and bars, but far enough away to be quiet. It is in a very secure complex as well, with gated entry. The views from the terrace are lovely - excellent for breakfast or a nice bottle of the local La Geria wine in the afternoon contemplating the sea. The villa itself and the pool were very clean indeed. It was quite a luxury to have some English satellite channels as well. The owner is very helpful and when we had a few problems with our flight times she was very understanding. We first came to the villa in 2007 and then decided to try Fuerteventura in 2008. Loved the island, found the villa mediocre. We resolved, therefore, to come back to Casa Pedro. For the standard and the private pool, plus excellent views, I would say it is competitively priced. In Puerto del Carmen, would recommend La Dolce Vita (Italian restaurant) on the main strip - fairly basic, but consistent and very friendly. Much better than any of the restaurants in the Lani chain (which I would avoid other than for lunch). Puerto Calero is worth a brief visit as well as the usual tourist traps. That said, there is plenty to walk to without hiring a car. All in all, excellent. I am only sad that we are now back in England!

This is a really great little villa. It is set far enough away from the noise of Puerto Del Carmen but is still within walking distance of everything. I couldnt fault the interior of the villa, and the pool is a great luxury that me and my family made good use of. Directions from the owner were clear and easily followed and the operating manual for the villa made finding things much easier. The cleaning service that we got at the end of the first week was excellent, this was included in the price of the villa rental, If anyone has rented villas in mainland Spain they will know that nothing is included there. Tip for anyone going to this villa when you go out of the front door go left, walk to the end of the path and go left again, you will go down steps to the end and out an iron gate. Just across tha quiet road there is a supermarket. We unfortunately didnt know about this entrance for the first few days and went far further than we had to for groceries. All in all myself my husband and our two 17 year old kids had a fantastic holiday in Lanzarote made all the better by our stay at this villa.
